I think your more then missing the point. Do you even know what kind of stuff he has or do you just look at his age and say dont use him? Joey Zumaya was lights out out of the pen his rookie season. Ryan Perry is more polished then Zumaya was. How you support the use of Lyons over Perry is pretty ****ing brutal.

And Perry spent 3/4 years at college. The talent level isnt that different. But hey everyone knows you need to spend half a ****ing decade in the minors to have a chance to be successful in the majors. **** looking at your overall makeup/talent. Its all about spending that time in the minors baby.

I mean there is absolutly NO denying hes your best arm you have in the pen. Now I can understand if you wanna give him a year in the minors to get some seasoning...but hes here....****ING USE HIM.

LOL @ how defensive Leyland got about taking Jackson out when he did. Anyone have any clue of who our next manager could be? I really cant think of anyone whod be on their list....Gibson maybe. Hes been with a winning club in Arizona for awhile. They might be hesitant though since they gave Trammell a shot...even if he had a team as talented as most LLteams and it was purely for PR.

or maybe you could send him to the minors
