Thank god I'm a psychopath when it comes to money or this bad run would really hurt. Not saying I'm indifferent to it tho. These developments are obviously unfortunate as it is clear the universe has forsaken me in nearly every high leverage situation. That said, one could argue that my model is working better than ever. I continue to crush the market, so that's encouraging at least.

Model don't pick winnahhs! (which obv has been more clear lately than ever, sigh). It's me vs the closing line. For today's game I got Royals at +135. Right now they're at +118, so I did my job on that one. In fact if I had to guess, I think I'm getting it right, I.E. crushing the line, 9 out of every 10 picks. This level of predictability is staggering. I never anticipated being that good at this, nor did I aspire to be.

As far as the other KC pick, I think the 8/16 game will close at Royals +110. Time will tell.

Model doesn't like all those toxic Tigers in the lineup due to Maybin, Big Stick, and Iggy being on the DL.
