mjw what is .500? obviously 10 games or being 5-5 or hell even 1-9 doesnt mean **** in the grand scheme of things.

what is evident is we have 2 legit position players going forward...Cabrera/Granderson

we have 2 maybe 3 legit SP here in Armando/Porcello/Jackson

Verlander looks like he might be becoming a headcase like Bonderman. He shouldnt be regressing like he has for the past year+

We need to see some of the young talent up here imo. We dont have a shot at the world series so why delay rebuilding??? We can do a quick 2 year turnaround if we do this things right while getting the pleasure of watching our young talent play.

Leyland used the game cancellation to set up the rotation differently. He moved Armando back to have his 2nd best pitcher (maybe best at this point) for the home opener. Managers do this all the time early in the year, he probably wants Porcello going between two specific guys.

I'm not sure what you're saying with the first part. Let me explain better. Managers often mess with the rotation for the first week counting on an early cancellation where they can move guys around. It happens every year with most teams.

And we all know ESPN never reports errors.
