wtf was goin on today? 2 unearned runs blow a win for verlander, everett goes 2-3 with 2 RBI, bullpen gives us 13 straight outs to save a 1 run game. rodney looks good.

Cleveland's gonna beat our 0-7 start from last year. tied for division lead. ez game.

it'd be clutch if rodney and robertson could keep it up. robertson rodney perry + the occasional hold from bobby seay and maybe (ONE TIME) a healthy comeback from zumaya = half decent bullpen.

Wow siiiick comeback. Rodney throws the 1-2-3 9th for the save, he's looking great so far. Last year it seemed like he just came in and tried to throw it 100mph every pitch but this year it seems like he's taking some velocity off but locating so much better.

This........ is why Leyland truly sucks as a manager. I mean, Miner is obviously struggling out there today, and what does Leyland do? Leave him out there to have an 8-spot put up on him in 3.1 innings. What's the reasoning? Gotta get him his 80 pitches in I guess.

Now after the game some lame reporter will half-ass attempt to find out why Miner wasn't pulled sooner and Leyland will answer all mush mouthed between cigarettes "asdf er iis it isis t ei i, I'm the Manager, oija the i apia eht i9di" and nobody will call him out.

I kind of like Bonine is sort of this reserve starter roll to come in and give us 3-4 innings when the starters get in trouble early. I think if hes gonna be on this team that roll is perfect for him. If we can hold them at 8 runs were probably gonna win this game. Im watching it on gamecast because im out of town, what is the weather like i seen there was a decent chance of rain?
