What frustrates me about this team is that they have always needed near perfect QB play to win. Somehow Kyler Murray throw 3 picks and they nearly win that game. Whenever Stafford has an off day they get blown out by 20+.

This really was a must win today if we wanted playoffs. I can see us still hitting 8 wins which is likely enough that the fool owners keep Patricia as its close enough to "competing for a playoff spot".

Our 59 million dollar swing tackle/guard Vaitai has looked terrible this year. That's a contract that is going to haunt the next GM. Stafford was under constant duress today. It was fun to finally watch an actually good pass rush for once, even if it was our QB getting blasted every other play.

Stafford was bad today. Hes really got to go. Hes such a true middle of the league QB. Good enough to win you some games keeping you out of tank range but not enough games to go anywhere unless the rest of the team is great around him, yet hes not a guy the team wants to replace for a new QB as hes not bad enough.

Were seeing the next generation of QBS enter the league and I want to get in on that Murray, Watson, Allen, Mahomes,Jackson, Hebert, Burrow and looks like Tua is having a solid game today with little talent around him. Notice nearly every guy on this list is mobile. Its time to get with the times and get a QB who can move.

I'd like to see our coach and GM fired tomorrow. These guys are a clown show. Our coach was said to be a defensive genius well this defense is awful.

Those were the types of mental errors that ultimately sealed Caldwell's fate. Patricia is just as prone to these peewee level mistakes, with even less clue how to run an NFL team than papa Jim.

koss (or anybody else) do you have anyone in mind who you'd like to see them try and bring in to run the front office? I'm admittedly a little more jaded and a little less diehard these days so I don't dig in like I used to, but I wouldn't mind reading up on some people if anyone has some names.

collins has been either really good or really bad. he's still easily the best LB on this team which says all you need to know about that unit.

Collins got his ankles broken hilariously by Cook. Cook is pretty elite though. He is going to clown most of the NFL in space. Otherwise he has actually been OK at times. The linebackers as a whole are terrible.

I have no idea who to bring in as a GM. I sort of liked Quinns calculated approach to the job, he just sucks at it. The flip side was Matt Millen who liked to draft shiney new toys and go after big names. Im not opposed to giving coaches full control either. It can work well with the right guy. Quinn has been OK on the cap management side although Flowers and Vaitai are going to sting for awhile. Flowers is at least an above average DE. Vaitai looks terrible at tackle and replacement level at guard. That's frightening. On the evaluating rookie talent role, Quinn has too many misses. Davis, Tabor, Harris, and Okudah are all very underwhelming given the draft capital spent. Next GM will need to do better there.

Don't forget the 6th round Lb we drafted in the 2nd
