Well played game offensively. Does it look like our offensive line is playing much better all of a sudden or am I imagining things? Maybe it's just Kevin Smith being amazing. I am definitely of the opinion that Stafford should start. His mistakes are all the kinds of things you get better at by playing, not stuff like pocket awareness or mechanics. He can make some nice throws too.
Smith was a third-round draft pick in 2004 and now that he's gone, linebacker Ernie Sims (first round, 2006) remains the only player still with the Lions was drafted in the five span of 2002-2006. That's a total of 39 draft players.
ok watched all of stafford. refs robbed calvin of a big touchdown. keary colbert continues to be terribad falling down on the play where stafford threw the pick. i assume he got cut. anyways, looked good to me.
stafford is the best qb on the roster. to not start him would be ludicrous.
but i don't think the lions are going to turn a 180 this year. the nfc north is a sick ****ing division this year, i'm sure they will win a few games but i don't see them doing what the dolphins did last year. i think they can pull a six win season tho maybe.
I had a dream that we had a trick play where Stafford ran out to reciever and ran down field and just collapsed. He completely tore the muscle off the bone in his groin area and had to have season ending surgery. Everyone said it was good because now the right thing will be done and he has to just sit and watch lol. Weird dream.
There was like 3-4 times during the course of the dream where I told myself in the dream that theres noway its real and you are infact dreaming. I wasn't 100% until I wokeup though.
