the 25th anniversary gear is ridiculous. whoever chose to market that is a terrible person. looks like something sports illustrated would offer alongside a paid subscription for last year's super bowl winners. but it's celebrating a team that won a single playoff game then got stomped next round.

kinda hoping we lose this week. otherwise i'll start having the, "well, we got the redskins at home to be 4-3 plus ziggy, ebron, riddick, etc are back so they got a chance of going on a heater" thoughts. would be great to quit regretfully planning my sundays around this organization.

I'm not gonna lie, having sundays free from the Lions is sooooooo ****ing valuable. Especially to someone with kids. Don't have to make sure were back from the Apple Orchard or whatever were doing by 1, don't have to push back other plans to 4, just a way more relaxing and enjoyable day.

Now I just my phone a few times for the score, or if I'm home check the score once a quarter or whatever, but being cold hearter for once feels good.

Lions gonna have to put in effort to get back into my life.

Screw you haters todays game was fantastic. The defense was awful 98% of the time but clutch the other 2%. This team has first round exit potential.

If we make the wild card round our road to the super bowl is 3 straight games on the road vs teams with wining records. -0- super bowl equity in that situation. Only way we make it to the super bowl is to win the division.

Like Caldwell punting from inside the opponents 40 yard line on 4th/1 twice vs the Titans I believe. So what happened yesterday with that 4th down decision making multiple times?

At least they have run games but good comparisons.

If we can get healthy we got a chance of making a run. Long as stafford stays healthy both sides of the ball can only get better.

Caldwells clock management will be exploited soon. Cousins rush td was best case scenario besides holding them to a fg. Not calling a TO the play before was really bad imo.

Is boldin the first true slot possession receiver staffords had? Hes been great and i was trying tp think of other slots weve had. Fuller, broyles, tj jones? All were undersized and there to sttetch the field but calvin was already doing that. Nice to have a big safety valve like boldin.

The last three games have changed nothing

We beat 3 decent teams at home. That's what they should do

The issue is we need to win the division to win the super bowl. We aren't winning 3 straight road games vs division winners to make the super bowl.

So being 4-3 and 1.5 game behind Minnesota means we have to go 4-0 vs the division the rest of the season. Which is too bad since we are going to go 1-3

Team is right on track for 8-8 and no playoffs.

Id consider one playoff win a successful season. Still a season away from having a contending roster on paper. Offense is set besides guard and TE. All offseason resources should be spent on D.

Never know though. Packs problems seem real and vikes O coming back to reality while their D has overachieved. (Theyre v good though)

Was nice to see front 4 getting some pressure today. Somehow get ngata, ziggy, ansah, and slay 100% they could be decent.

Tomlinson was benched yesterday before the game in favor of rookie glasgow.

Warford bas been fine this year although a little injury prone.

. Cole wick maybe? We have no passcatching TE and the D cant defend TEs.

Swanson has been a nice surprise too. I think they drafted glasgow to play C because swanson looked so bad last year. This year hes been an above average center. Deckers looking like the real deal also. Him and reiff been doing great pulling outside on screens.

at chicago we got destroyed by the worst team in the league

so yeah, it's stafford being stafford.

If he goes out and Tom Brady's the next two weeks and we are 6-3, now we are going somewhere.

2nd rounder 2 years ago into a 6th/7th round pick swap with the g-d Patriots, who have a very good chance of picking last in every round. This is about as close to zero value gain as possible.
