alright well, bad game but tbh we lost a game we are going to lose most of the time
if we go 3-1 the rest of the way we probably make the playoffs. we should win at home vs Minnesota, @Oakland we are prob slight dogs or it's a flip (game looks a lot better after Oakland's performance today), home vs SD looks like we would be slight favs and we will lose @GB (unless something crazy happens like GB loses and they are 14-1 and decide to rest their starters the 2nd half). so we are prob dogs to make the playoffs but we still have a decent shot
welp pretty ugly but really didn't expect to win with Suh, Delmas, and Houston out. Never gonna get anywhere taking so many damn penalties. Schwartz has some balls but doesn't seem to put the fear of god in his players. You have to be a little bit afraid of your coach imo in order to avoid doing things that will get you into trouble. Better go off on an epic tirade in the locker room right now and right this ship. Unacceptable out there tonight.
at the time I though it was clearly the right call to go for the FG but i wouldn't be surprised if some crazy math proved me wrong
Also take into account that JH is 41 years old and has had injuries the last few years... If we had a kicker like Mason Crosby, I'd be OK with it... But a 41 year old Hanson, I hated the call.
Punt it and make Brees go 80 yards, not 55. Maybe we'd have had a shot.
Try using your damn brain for a minute and think about it before you post it, dude. You've watched Jason Hanson for how long and you actually believed he was 49 of 50 in his career from 50+?
