He tends to throw a bit of a line drive on deep balls and needs to get more air under it to better give receivers a chance
He also grossly missed Dez wide open vs the skins (didn't even see him) and missed bad on that TD for that seam route.
His best attribute by far is his composure. He never gets high or low and it allows the game to slow down for him. He also has the benefit of not needing to take a lot of risks because of the style of offense Dallas is playing.
He's a rookie too so of course he should have lots of room to improve and will continue to do so. It's also certainly possible he never has a statically good season again, and that doesn't even mean he could be playing bad. He is a legitimate MVP front runner.
