All I'm reading/hearing about the 3rd round guy is he regressed and had poor production last year. Back-up/rotation kind of guy on the D-line.

Love and hate the draft so much.

It just amazes me that these multi billion dollar companies are run without anyone using any kind of analytical point of view beyond "right kind of guy" and "football guy" and whatever stupid bull**** phrase you want to use.

And for the SECOND time someone offered us a trade back and we said no at the last second. The two guys we wanted just went off the board, how ****ing horrible must that offer have been?!?

I think it's an okay pick, PFF loves him. But DT is the one spot on the defense we have some depth. We need virtually every single other defensive position more.

Just got back from the Stars game and saw we took a guy that won't play this season and a guy that is an nfl backup...and Jack was there?!

Just doesn't make sense. It doesn't matter what you think of the Zeke pick but one thing it says is go for it now and this other **** says either we building or we don't know what the **** we are doing. Probably the latter.

At least the Bucs took a kicker in the second round so the dumbass pool isn't empty.

I liked the picks after the 3rd round, other than the random basketball player who has like 0% chance of making the team. (he might have long term prospects, but he still needs a spot to do that)

I have nothing for or against Prescott really. At least he has the size/athleticism to be a #1 if he develops. Unlike taking a Chase Daniel type.

Prescott pick is okay but not seeing QBOTF there. More like a dude who backs up and is okay enough to keep you from signing a $5m backup or stopgap while they wait for another shot in the draft.

Was looking at 2013 draft again just for fun. Obviously crushed with Frederick at 31. But then:

Took Escobar over Reed and Kelce (and we're talking by a round+ each)

Took Terence Williams over Keenan Allen

And JJ Wilcox is what he is. I think every other person from that draft fizzled. And I recall how pumped they were about that draft too after taking their picks. So yeah I have zero confidence in this last bunch. Probably gonna work out to be Zeke being good and the rest being bums.

He isn't playing this year, why he would have fallen to round 3-4 where we could have got him idk every year I get confused, he's a top 5 talent when healthy I like the pick just not so much for romo window and we got the next Quincy as our QB in waiting
