Losing Dez sucks, but at least they have Street and TWill who are young/promising and got basically all of the #1 and #2 receiver reps through OTAs/camp too so they're not without some hope. They'll lean more on the TEs and Beasley too obviously. Dunbar too. And they have a QB who is artsy and craftsy.

Did you see the drop off in the pass rush after he left the game? It was massive. Bad enough him and Hardy now overlap in their absence

I'm not sure what to make of the run game right now. At times looked great, at times they weren't creative enough with where they ran the ball. Anyway if everyone plays smart for the next 4-6 weeks I think .500 ball is maybe possible.

Gregory out for a few weeks with high ankle sprain. Hopefully get him back when Hardy comes back and gives the d line a boost. If we can go 2-2 till they get back we'll be fine.

I think now is a good time to grab Escobar in your fantasy leagues. I see them going with a lot of 2 TE formations.

Can't put McFadden in for more than 12 plays, or he gets hurt.

Seems like the plan might be to give DMC one or two series per game to keep Randle fresh, and if he shows anything, maybe they expand his role. Both of them looked OK but not great, not sure what to expect.

Mills already gone, being replaced with Charles Brown on a week-to-week deal. Which is long way of saying they don't have a real swing tackle. Weems is still around too though I thought he was cut...they have options at RT in a pinch but obv Tyron has to hold up.

As far as the run game Randle did alright. 16 carries and 3 receptions, no obvious problems. Didn't look at his blocking real close but they had Dunbar in for passing downs mostly anyway. DMC meh. It was a light volume game for runs so we'll see. Could really use something there with Bryant out.

Not too shabby with Dunbar though...it's a start. Dez is irreplaceable but with a QB, line and some decent passing options they might do better than .500 while he's out. Romo has shown he can spread the ball around and work his options. Over ten seasons he's been productive with almost everybody short of Roy Williams, Ogletree, and Martellus. From Old Terry Glenn on he seems to work it out so we'll see. After all of this Devin Street offseason stud talk maybe we can see it in a game.

I haven't seen them sign a WR yet and they have just 4. The could probably get away with that given Dunbar, Escobar's roles until another injury. More likely they let Weems or Michael or someone else go to call back AJ Jenkins or somebody else. Don't know who's out there.

Looking at Claiborne here right this second, pretty happy with his coverage. Not going to overthink it too much given history but looked like he's holding up pretty well in the game

Randle looked horrible he had no cutting ability at all if the hole was clogged he just ran in and fell luckily the line is pure beast mode and opens some very wide holes just rewatched and dang that was an ugly offensive performance until the final drive

So the dude we just traded for at WR is 6-foot-3, 215 pounds with 4.4 wheels. His hands must be stone, lol.

Bleh. Better that we know now and can actually make a long-term plan, then if we tried to piece things together until the bye week and then got blindsided by Dez missing another two months.

Really need the defense to step up or it's going to be a long 10-12 weeks.
