far be it for me to counter a dumb small sample size statement with another but hitters are hitting .231/.231/.308 off Wuertz in high leverage situations so shd

Why is this team not capable of winning two games in a row?

But the bullpen isn't bad...that's what's so amazing to me. Wood is very good, the Raffys should be good, Joe, Sipp, and Stomp are above-average relievers, and even Masa isn't terrible. Plus, we're deeper than most teams (in terms of quantity, not quality), and Reyes should be a decent reliever once we come to our senses and yank him from the rotation. There is no reason for these guys to be blowing so many games.

Aaron Laffey might be the only pitcher to ever be "promoted" from the rotation to the bullpen.

No, the more I think about this the more it pisses me off. His OPS against the Indians in the '07 ALCS was 1.290. Ortiz's OPS was almost 1.000 and 2 days ago he was a bigger candidate to be on the roids than Manny.

your right. the bullpen isnt bad. Wood is the best closer ever. The Indians lineup is one of the best in the league. There just so good...its amazing how they are losing games and one of the worst teams in baseball.

They have to be running bad/expierencing negative variance, thats all there is to it. There just too good...

okay....i'll bite, i'll take the pistons, but you gotta give me, aaaahhhh, six and a half points.

they're still dangerous, hamilton is a vet, and chauncey billups really showed why he's a trendy pick for the MVP the last few weeks...

my problem is that they got swept by 10+ in every game in their playoff series. i mean, they can OBVIOUSLY compete with any team on any night, they just never got going...

if the pistons ever play up to paper, they're at least 12.5 points better than any other team, sooo...even though they got swept, and their best player doesn't even play for them anymore, i'll take the 6.5 points, hoping that the zombie virus takes hold, they re-start the playoffs, and the pistons finally play up to their potential...

I'm not sure, but do you think your somehow funny or clever for posting basketball pitchers when discussing the Indians and the terribleness that theyve become?

Unlike the Pistons, the Indians were actually predicted to do good this year. What a ****ing joke your team is lol.
