There were some reports they've been scouting Deshone Kizer hard. He probably has a better chance of being there at 7 than Trubisky.
Yeah I wouldn't want to give up a lot for Garoppolo because he is in the last year of his rookie contract next year and he is still an unknown sort of. He hasn't played a full season as starter but he has looked good. Kizer is from Toledo right? The guy from Mentor or the guy from Toledo. Also, I think it was on Walter Football, I saw a mock draft with the Browns getting Watson as first pick in the second round. But jeez there is the combine, pro days, draft hype, ahead then you have so much demand for QBs that Watson will probably go in the first round.
From watching the Browns play a lot more this year. I'm not sure Ogbah or Nassib should be playing 3-4 DEs. They have potential. Nassib has to put on 20 lbs in the offseason to be an NFL 3-4 DE. Garrett and Ogbah at OLBs could be really good. I think the Browns want to bring Collins back. In summary Browns LB unit could be really good next year. Watched the Bills game on DVR, Shelton spent too much time on the ground.
FWIW I have no idea how the heck the Brownd org works. Sashi Brown isn't a guy that has experience evaluating NFL talent so don't know how Browns come to personel decisions.
