Alright I've gone from praying Josh McCown would get another concussion to praying he stays healthy after last Sunday

not often you can definitively say a right tackle is the reason you lost a game, but god damn mitchell schwartz has been historically bad

Those loss is pretty much on Pettine. The worst blunder was going for two with the Browns up 20-16. Why oh why? If they kick the extra point they win the game as game developed. Going for two and making it puts the Browns up by 6, 22-16. If Denver scores a TD they take the lead but a Browns field goal puts them ahead. Ditto 21-16 so why not kick it?

Early in the game the Browns passed on a 50 yard field goal attempt and went for it on 4th and 5. I question that decision too. I guess Pettine has no confidence in his kicker but going into today's game the Browns hadn't missed all year.

Chart says go for 2. 2 FGs tie it at 6 points, and win it at 5. Little downside on the TD side, since you lose no matter what, although you could tie if he misses the XP (which is more likely now anyway).

Coons career long in college is 48 yards as well. Going for it on 4th and 5 is definitely better than kicking. You make the FG, you easily have more than 4 points of equity, and no way he makes it more than 2/3 of the time, and should convert half the time.

I went to that disaster yesterday. For free of course. Can't believe people pay to see whatever it is I just saw. All I can say is that the Joe Thomas rumor better be false. He is one of the best players in the league and beyond all comprehension he actually WANTS TO BE HERE OH MY ****ING GOD. And tackles age well.

And I don't mean we better not trade him. I mean that if he is on the block whatsoever, Ray needs to be fired NOW. We're either drafting a QB or we have a legit dementia case in charge. Given its the former, how could you think of trading JOE ****ING THOMAS for what? A 2 and a 4? That will turn into what? Mitchell Schwartz and Nate Orchard 2.0? Really? More cap room? Because we've done wonders with our cap room in recent offseasons?

Jimmy--put someone with a data driven mind in charge, let them do what they will with the staff and the roster, AND STAY THE **** OUT OF IT YOU MEDDLING CROOK.

Thank the ****ING Big Bang for tOSU and marijuana.

On the #Browns: I hear they want more than a 1st for Joe Thomas, wanted a 3rd for Alex Mack, want a 3rd for Mingo. Steep on all accounts.

somebody will pay it, or, they won't and we keep our good players. *shrug*

I have favorite disc golf discs too, but if you're gonna pay me more than they're worth you can have them.

ok, well, that was pretty funny.

Can you imagine if that happened Week 1? At this point, who cares, but man, if we still had that sliver of hope, last night would have been too brutal. As it is, it was just hilarious.

so, we can get the #1 pick today OR keep pittsburgh out of the playoffs??

may be the first game I watch 100% of all year Cleveland Browns: Collecting Building Blocks

so they'll obv lose and so will the Titans or whoever and they'll pick 3rd and draft whoever the most likely bust is and 300 days from now I'll be rooting for losses to draft a better bust in 2017!

anyway, **** Pittsburgh. the Bills winning and us keeping them out would be worth losing a spot or two in the draft...
