Yeah, I caught a lot of their game yesterday. Wentz doesn't look so hot anymore. NFL=Not For Long(unless its the browns).

just read on Twitter that in addition to being 0-14, our Cleveland Browns are 1-13 against the spread if this result holds...

think about that.

not only are they 0-14, they've gotten worse and worse each week enough to be ONE AND THIRTEEN AGAINST THE SPREAD.

gentlemen, we are having the pleasure of watch the worst football team in the long history of the national football league...

Browns fans don't deserve this. My cousin has had season tickets like forever, even before the expansion team. Paid for a seat license even back in the day. I don't know if he'll pay up for another season or not. Haslem ought to give season ticket holders a rebate. Well at least there is one less home game next year. Browns are like $50 million under the cap IIRC. Salary cap is supposed to go up by $10 million plus next year. Browns could be like $70 million plus under the cap next year. Jimmy, give the season ticket holders a break.

Team is sick. I think the biggest disappointment is WR. They drafted 4 and only 1 gets a significant number of snaps. RGIII and McCown are pathetic. I think Kessler has been ok but two concussions this year is really troubling. Defense is getting steam rolled. I actually watched a whole game a few weeks ago. Pure torture.

ya, I cant believe how bad they are. what a year to opt out of direct ticket and get stuck with this team.

after years of musical coaches and pulling the plug surprisingly early, I figured they would give hue at least 3 years but I never thought they would be this bad. still think they give him another year but cant really say he deserves it.

They let 5/10 best players walk in free agency. They traded down multiple times in the draft to improve future draft capital. They ignored free agency except taking a flier on Robert Griffin. What were you expecting coming into the year?

They're rebuilding the way the Astros/Cubs/76ers have. This is rare for football but if you put most of your eggs in the 2017 draft class basket and hit it could speed up the turnaround. (Look at how quickly Oakland has turned things around.)

Letting Hue walk would be a disaster.

Right now they're picking 1st, 7th, 33rd, and somewhere in the 40s. Hard to understate how important this draft is if they're going to turn things around.

It made this year unwatchable but it looks like there's a coherent plan. The alternative would be patching up holes created by Pettine/Farmer and those idiots left a ton of holes.

Trubisky is the top rated qb in the draft and is from Mentor. Will he make it to 7? Who knows? Almost all the teams in the top 6 need a quarterback.

If you go to a lot of sites with mock drafts now, no way is this happening. I've seen a few with Watson going in the second round. Many think he's had a lousy year. I have no opinion on it tbh. Scuttle but is that Browns have a super high, off the charts grade on Garrett. Also there is talk about the Browns trading for Garropolo. I like that idea but I wouldn't give a top 10 pick for him. If Eagles lose last two, Browns will have 2 top 10 picks. That is pretty awesome.

Seems like the Browns would have to give up too much for Garoppolo. I hope they don't go that route.

There were some reports they've been scouting Deshone Kizer hard. He probably has a better chance of being there at 7 than Trubisky.

Yeah I wouldn't want to give up a lot for Garoppolo because he is in the last year of his rookie contract next year and he is still an unknown sort of. He hasn't played a full season as starter but he has looked good. Kizer is from Toledo right? The guy from Mentor or the guy from Toledo. Also, I think it was on Walter Football, I saw a mock draft with the Browns getting Watson as first pick in the second round. But jeez there is the combine, pro days, draft hype, ahead then you have so much demand for QBs that Watson will probably go in the first round.

From watching the Browns play a lot more this year. I'm not sure Ogbah or Nassib should be playing 3-4 DEs. They have potential. Nassib has to put on 20 lbs in the offseason to be an NFL 3-4 DE. Garrett and Ogbah at OLBs could be really good. I think the Browns want to bring Collins back. In summary Browns LB unit could be really good next year. Watched the Bills game on DVR, Shelton spent too much time on the ground.

FWIW I have no idea how the heck the Brownd org works. Sashi Brown isn't a guy that has experience evaluating NFL talent so don't know how Browns come to personel decisions.

Good read about the Browns - http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/1...re-hope-future

-Browns played the toughest schedule in the league this year
-They have an insane amount of draft capital
-Bill mentions a scenario where they can trade for a bad contract like Osweiller to add more picks

there is literally no reason to win this game.

I can see "I can't root against my team", but normally you're just rooting for the best result (which is usually winning a game). but in this case, the best result is a loss. you can't even talk **** to steelers fans bc they'll just say "lol we weren't playing our best 3 players" and what is the difference between 1-15 and 2-14? nothing.

the *only* thing you can say is "beating pittsburgh in pittsburgh" and ending the 14 or however many year streak of losing there.

this is legit pissing me off.

If the Saints don't come back and the Cardinals hang onto their lead the Eagles pick will be 12th overall.

I definitely want Myles. But the draft is such a crapshoot that I never get fired up about the decisions either way.
