we traded reddick for bailey. seems pretty fair

we sent miles head and raul alcantara too. got back ryan sweeney. i guess sweeney/kalish plus some RHH is a decent platoon

head and alcantara are both prospects with a chance. head really beat up low-a this year and is pretty young. alcantara is some teenage dominican that throws hard but hasnt done anything yet. neither guy was ranked real high

head looks interesting, alcantara bleh but i guess he's really young

i think it's a fair deal for both sides given their spots

i'm happy with this deal, still want a starting pitcher and will admit to having no freaking idea how bard will pan out as a starter and am still happy keeping him in the back end of the pen.

ochocinco fits perfectly with the pats offense. someone has to cover him deep, so that leaves more open space underneath for our receivers to catch the ball.

I'm surprised nobody out there is talking about the bullpen right now. We got Bailey which is nice but he only (partially) fills the hole left by papelbon. Then we got Melancon but we're moving goat bard to the rotation(which I think is a good move). Now we're left with what we had last year--a solid set-up and closer and a whole lot of dirtbags behind. Albers, Doubront, ****faceJenks, do we still have Wheeler?

I know we have a lot of potential in the bullpen but I wish we could get at least another solid lefthander. But I'm just being a bitch probably because the point of having all those aforementioned dirtbags is that it's statistically likely that at least one of them will emerge and have a good year. That didn't happen at all last year. I guess as a red sox fan I just expect to run awful, always.

Oh and stop talking about how much we need to improve in rf. By losing Drew alone we improved. An okay platoon will suffice.
