You blasted him all last year when, while not the Papi of old, he was still far more productive than you ever gave him credit for. Then this year you waited 2 weeks before you proclaimed him the worst hitter on the team.

Glad to help out with the reverse jinx on Papi. I backed off the criticism when others finally started to do the job for me. I haven't posted about him in weeks. I finally open my mouth again, and he shoves my words down my throat.

I hope he does it to me 30-40 more times this year.

Three years ago my friend Rick wore his mets hat and shirt to a game and was portraying the role of a heel in professional wrestling, standing up and jeering every pitch. the guy behind us slapped him in the face and after the ensuing minor tussle he got kicked out. He was almost arrested but Phil told the officer that Rick's dad was a cop, so he just got kicked out. Once outside Rick had to piss but no bar would let him in. He borrowed Phil's red sox shirt and was let right in to Boston Billiards, who had just denied him while wearing a mets shirt.


So, as long as you keep to yourself, you should be safe. If you cheer for your team, expect to get some heckling when the Mets starts losing.
