God Damn that game was nerve wracking to watch. Highlight of my night (after the OT win) was buying this shirt.

Yea jeeze that was so exciting and scary at the same time.

So much momentum right now, Miami in an absolute must win Tuesday. I really feel like we are going to take this down in 6.

Feels good going into tonight without as much pressure and stress for the C's, while at the same time hoping for an upset.

We can take this game tonight.

Why do you assume we're idiots who think that the Celtics are a better team than the Heat?

The Heat are 1.5 pt favorites tonight, away, facing elimination, after having lost the 3 games against the Celtics.

Being a Celtics fan doesn't turn me into a blithering idiot incapable of simple logic.

Soulcrushing.

Not claiming that Boston fans are automatically idiots. But going up 3-2 and losing in game 7, it's inevitable that a lot of fans will feel they truly missed out on a golden opportunity. Passion makes people distort truth. Wouldn't necessarily think that makes people idiots.

Soulcrushing? That's ridiculous (as Tommy would say, lol). I'm a Celts fan from back in the 50's and love the team, but I thought there was no way we could beat the Heat once Bradley went down. So, even if we should lose game 7, I will be totally happy with this season. They way over achieved and its been a lot of fun.

As for the game, I thought they came out tight. Miami was playing stiffling D but the Celts were missing whatever wide open looks they got. And of course way too many tunovers early and Hondo and KJ just never got going.

But this team fights and I'll be rooting hard tomorrow but no regrets if they lose.

The thing is that the C's really have outplayed the Heat in four out of six games and the two they didn't, they played REALLY bad and really weren't themselves. I know it sounds crazy but I actually do think the C's might just be a better team. It sure as hell looks like it.

Last night's 4th quarter was very dissapointing. It felt like the Celtics went down without a full fight (though, I'm sure they gave it everything they had).

I'm sure Ray Allen is gone or would only come back with a much smaller contract as a bench player like he was late in the season.

I'm not sure why Garnett has to go. We clearly need his paint presence. He seems to generally like playing for the Celtics so I'd think he want to stay if the team was reasonably competitive. Is there somewhere else that he's ideally suited for? Is he going to retire?

The Celtics seem well positioned to sign Dwight Howard if he became a free agent. But, do they have anything they can trade to make a deal work with Orlando? A Rondo-Howard core could certainly be built into an NBA championship team.

Dwight Howard won't become a free agent until after the 2012/13 season.

I am just glad Ainge didn't break up this team at the trade deadline. Made for a good run that was worth watching.

I'm not much of a college BB fan.

Please tell me the plusses and minuses of taking Jared Sullinger at #21 and Fab Melo at #22.

Sullinger is either gonna be really good or a bust with injuries. Sullinger can be a bit of a crybaby when things aren't going his way though.
