Matt Ryan looks really bad. I know it isn't acceptable to question the narrative of Matty Ice but I think we are only gonna see downward trending from him.

I think he's made some uncharacteristic throws but our main problems aren't stemming from our QB play. I don't care who you are behind center when you only have two weapons in Julio and Freeman life gonna be inconsistent at times. And Roddy showing his true colors starting to whine about usage now. I love you Roddy but you're done, accept it.

Our main issues have been the same thing for years. Can't get off the field on defense on 3rd down, can't rush the QB and more recently can't score touchdowns in the redzone.

17 points looks like 40 based on who we were going against. I don't think the offense is sputtering because of Matt alone. It's a mix of a lot of things. We can move the football but it's been dumb mistakes, costly penalties and flat out inconsistency that has killed the team. Fact is we came into the season thinking 8 wins was a good year. The roster has some talented players at skill positions but the depth is non existent and it shouldn't be a crazy shock to what we're seeing here.

Yeah, it was never going to be a one summer turnaround, even if our expectations increased from the hot start

Give Dan a few years to build the depth on the team and improve the line

The defense was pretty gutted by injuries this week too. Giving up 17 to gabbert is still a bad look but yea

Offense just looks awful. I don't really know enough to really comment more than that. Probably a combination of many things

Kicking the FG was as bad as anything Smitty ever did. I was numb after

I think there's a new head coach learning curve, just hope Quinn learns from this.

It's still only 5-8 tops. He's a fringe top 10 QB but he's not a top 5 QB and for some that's not enough. He's made some bad decisions for sure but the OL play has regressed too. Indy was bringing the pressure and we didn't really have much of an answer for it.

if someone offered a good trade for him i'd definitely consider it

i do think we need to start thinking about who the qb for the future is, cuz i doubt it's going to be matt for more than another 2-3 seasons tops

Matt has been terrible but I'm willing to blame the guy who all but ruined RG3 in Shanahan. He's been living off his last name for years. A guy like Ryan simply doesn't randomly regress like this overnight without some kind of reasonable explanation and Shanahan is it. I mean hell he won't even dial up plays to try to go downfield. It's been a problem all year. You can't consistently win games dinking and dunking all game. You have to give Julio a chance to make some big ****ing plays.
