man, when matt diaz has his unorthodox approach working, it's ****ing fuuuuuun

annoying when he's slumping, but whatever, he's done enough awesome stuff now that i'm sure i'll still like him even when he's slumping next

i'm ashamed to admit that at one time i did not that he was on the team; i have a bias against guys who don't take "enough" pitches at some arbitrary level, but i'm working on it

working on it, in general, i mean. no more work required on diaz cuz he's awesome

yeah, i pretty much hate him. and i was actually pretty sure it was a good deal when he signed it.

I mean, I'll almost take him giving up 4 runs, we gotta score some, but the way he gave up that hit with guys on 2nd & 3rd and the pitcher up next is completely ******ed.
