Ollie Perez shipped out last night, now the word is Pennington is getting ready to head to Toronto. No idea on what we'll get back for Pennington. Drury getting ready to get called up maybe?

Don't mind Pennington being gone. But we lost a main lefty in the bullpen. Seems we always get rid of our lefty specialists.

I'd rather have seen Hill go than Penny because of the salary difference. I have no problems with Perez being gone. He was fine against lefties but he was worthless against righties.

I missed the game yesterday, what was crazy about the ending? The play by play of the 10th looks normal enough.

Based loaded, one out. Owings with a base hit over the outfielders. Reds jog off the field. Dbacks celebrate...all is right with the world. Then it's realized Lamb, who was on first never touched second. Peralta, who was on second, never touched third.

Someone from the Reds runs out to left field to get the ball, which had already been picked up by a security guard. They throw the ball in and go touch second, first, and third, in that order, while the Reds manager was huddling with the umpires.

After about 5 minutes of discussion it was determined that the game was over as soon as Goldy touched home and Owings touched first. I'm not sure what the official ruling was, but the game ended. If Cincy would've touched 3rd first, then 2nd, maybe they would've had a legit protest. But as soon as they touched 2nd, there was no longer a force out at 3rd.

Not to mention the security guard had already picked the ball up. So yeah, strange ending.

Stupid baseball players.

Finally had our OF figured out with Peralta, Pollock, and Inciarte playing everyday and now Tomas wants to go and have a big day to confuse Hale.

It is very possible that I attended the only home loss from 7/27/15 to 8/23/15.
