I'll start: Who wants to field a putrid QB question?

League is 6-pt passing TDs, -1 for sacks, -1 for fumbles and -1 more for losing a fumble, -3 for INTs, 0.5 for passing first downs.

DeShone Kizer @IND
Mike Glennon vPIT
Jacoby Brissett vCLE

Also, does anyone bench Leonard Fournette this week against a tough Ravens defense? (Unfortunately, I don't have great options; Chris Carson is probably my best one, and then we're dealing with flex players or worse like Eric Decker, Nelson Agholor, Alvin Kamara, Cameron Brate, Evan Engram.)

well thats whack. You beat me to it by 2 minutes Nath but I put in double the effort! If the Mods want to delete my thread go for it. I'll just crosspost mine into here

edit: being the good sport i am, I'll add my 2 cents to your post if you will do the same as I think we are both quite the FF veterans, I respect your opinion.

Man, that QB situation is horrific, how in the hell.....

Well, is Kizer going to be healthy? I thought I remember seeing something about him getting injured. No way I start Glennon against the steelers even if it is at home. That game has a statline of 9-23 128 yards, 2 picks written all over it as they lose 28-6.

Even if Kizer is legit healthy, I think im rolling with Brissett, he hasn't looked toooo terrible so far (that pick to end the Cards game was uuuuggly though). I kind of suspect they will let him throw a bit in this game and while Kizer does have running skills, Brissett can add some value there too. Just a Brutal situation, gotta be somebody else to pick up unless you are in a 2qb starting league?

pretty much 0 chance you can bench fournette there even if its very unlikely he does a whole lot. I think he has a relatively safe floor while he also might be able to get into the endzone....the ONLY dude of the ones you listed I'd consider would be Agholor. He's got Wentz's trust, and hes going to get some balls thrown his way, hes not just td dependent. But if those are your options for Fournette, I'd just roll with the workhorse and live with the outcome. Trying to outsmart yourself there.

ok for me now:

Ok so I got what is a pretty awesome stable of running backs in a 10 team league. its .5 points for PPR so a 3rd down backs are still valuable but aren't worth starting (like a sproles over i dunno...a terrance West type)

Pick 3 (although I'm not sitting Freeman but i just want to be thorough)

D Freeman @ DET
Shady vs Den
Gillislee VS HOU
Lynch @ Wash (SNF)

All seem to be healthy for week 3....I mean you can see the obvious predicament. I can't sit Freeman, Shady vs. Denver (Broncos fan too!) just seems like a trouble...lowish floor while I feel the best game he really has is like 15 carries for 65 yards and a TD with a few catches thrown in. Gillislee I still have yet to start....and Houston isn't a bad matchup for him. Lynch is going to get 15 totes a game...not going to catch the ball much, but his 15 -20 carries a game almost a lock getting goaline carries makes him a hard sit. Shady is still really ****ing good and I hate to sit him for somewhat of a rb by committee guy but Gillislee has shown hes getting all goal line work. Whatya guys think?

Sorry for the long write up but this ****s boring to me without analyzing it some degree.

edit: white im at it. Jesse James or Hunter Henry? James at CHI. Henry gets KC @ home. Also I've started Ty Williams to nothing spectactular so far this year and KC isn't exactly a good team to be rolling basicallly the number 3 WR at especially if im starting their TE too. but my only other real option is MArvin Jones. Whom seems to be totally TD dependent but is playing ATL at home....which both teams defenses seem to be playing well but I still suspect there will be quite a bit of offense in that game.

Thanks guys.

I would sit Gillislee.
I would play Henry.

Full PPR:

pick 1 WR, 1 RB, and 1 flex:

Shepard @PHI
Abdullah vs ATL
B Allen @JAX (in London)

T Coleman @ DET
Lockett @ TEN
Kearse vs MIA

Leans in bold. Not sure where to put Coleman these days, if I can start him over Allen or Abduallah?

Help at TE:

Graham @ TEN
Fleener @ CAR
ASJ vs MIA

Hoping that Graham is just ruled out so I'm not tempted to play him. Leaving Fleener in for the moment, but kind of want to hero-play ASJ

pick a DEF (same issue as last week):

PHI vs NYG
NE vs HOU
DEN @ BUF

ESPN has a huge hard on for NE this week, although I don't see HOU being a complete mess with Watson in there. And the Giants looked lost last night, so leaning Philly

.5 PPR:

Watkins @SF (and Thursday)
Howard vs PIT

Just bitter about Howard's egg, stick with him or go Watkins vs lolSF?

Think I'd go with NE D or DEN in that spot. Even though the HOU offense looked better with Watson he still only had 125 yds passing. Rookie QBs have not done well against Bellichek's D's and I fully expect them to take away Hopkins. You could make an argument for all 3, but I think NE has the highest TD upside, especially if HOU falls behind early and they have to push the ball down the field more than they would like.

Agree don't see how you can ever bench Shady, even if he will frustrate you from time to time.

Ouch. Def between Kizer and Brissett, I'd lean Kizer though I think it's close.

I think Kamara is showing promise, but I'd still start Fournette over him.

It's a dynasty league and I went into the offseason with Andrew Luck and Ryan Tannehill as my top two QBs. Only starting QB on the wire right now is Brian Hoyer.

I think I agree with this too. It's down to Gillislee v. Lynch for me, and Lynch has a softer matchup. In the other decision, James just isn't good enough to require targets even against a bad defense, so go with Henry who is more likely to get work. (Plus, Vance McDonald is going to get in there eventually.)

I think you could play Coleman over Allen. Allen's role isn't locked in yet (especially if they liked Alex Collins' play) and Jacksonville's defensive line is actually quite good. (Marshal Yanda just went out for the season, too.)

I like the idea to play ASJ but Fleener has been one of the best spots on the Saints offense so far this year so I'm inclined to keep playing him.

Houston is definitely a complete mess even with Watson. Play New England.

Honestly I wouldn't hate rolling with Watkins here. San Francisco has made receivers look good. Probably still the "smart" play to play Howard but if he can put up scores like he did this week then there's not even a sure floor there.

huge cluster****s this week, non ppr, need 1 rb and one flex:

buck allen vs jags
miller @ pats
henry vs seahawks
landry @ jets
Hogan vs Texans

if murray is out I'm def starting henry. if he plays I'm leaning allen and miller but would consider landry over miller

pick 2 wrs, 1rb, one flex, also non ppr:

tyreke hill @ chargers
dez vs az
miller @ pats
Abdullah vs atl
landry @jets
Hogan vs Texans
carson @ titans

leaning the top 4

Bortles vs BAL (london)
Kizer vs IND
Brissett @ CLE
Watson @ NE

or do i just start goff again?

Depends if passing TDs are 4pt or 6pt, but I like Kizer and Dalton the best out of that list. Imo they have the highest peaks.

Need a flex, PPR:
Garcon vs Rams
Thielen vs TB
Crowell @ IND
Javorius Allen @ JAX in London

10 team leagues are the worst :/ Feels like splitting hairs here...

it would be between allen and garcon for me. i think id go allen, depending on floor vs upside. garcon will see a lot of targets either way

Lost this week at WR. Standard scoring pick 2

Sanders @ Buf
Bryant @ Chi
Pryor vs Oak
Diggs vs TB

Probably giving up on Pryor until he proves he can catch. Diggs depends on Bradford. Steelers / Ben road struggles seems real.

6pt passing TD

Winston @ MIN

slight update on one:

.5 PPR:

Watkins @SF (and Thursday)
Howard vs PIT
Allen @JAX (London)

Have had Watkins in over Howard, but got Allen on waivers. Feel like Allen is a little safer, but I also have 3 Allen's and not sure I wanna keep going all in on him. BUT with West missing some practice, Allen might get a really good bump

I don't like Thursday games (during the season) and London games typically suck, but I think you have to roll out Allen here.
