why not? maroney's probably the best RB pickup available (assuming people have already picked up snelling and tolbert, which in all of my leagues they have). it's not like any roster is too cramped to dump someone to grab him.

would you drop brandon jackson for maroney? fred jackson? it just seems you gotta be hurtin big time to consider playin cbuck or maroney and its a coinflip if either gets a decent workload anyway, given the subterfuge mcdaniels is accustomed to.

brandon no, fred absolutely. i'm already hurting in a league with two flex spots that I've had to start forsett and jacobs in, both of which are wtf awful. maroney is totally worth the gamble over joes like them. (granted I'm generally not even having to drop players of that caliber -- most rosters I own have even thinner fodder on the bench than that)

is lynch available? james davis should see some work lol. honestly id proly play cbuck over maroney but i dunno.

Pick 3. I feel like all could be huge, all could be duds. Im leaning towards Best, Tolbert, Turner, but I am not sure.

Am I wrong in saying that rotoworld goes too far in it's disdain for old rbs? Yes, they are injury prone and performance risks, but they always seem to predict the young guy will get the carries and the old guy will suck. NFL head coaches are a lot more likely to go with the "proven" guy, and they don't always suffer for doing so
