im thinking no. i own addai and hate that brown gets almost half the carries. tolbert might be a flash in the pan type...and snelling is somewhere in between.

TITAN, I also like Clayton, especially in PPR.

Jacoby is boom or bust, and Kevin Walter has been great so far, and as Owen Daniels gets back from his knee injury he'll be stealing balls.

Schaub's not going to put up 500 every game. When he puts up 300, it's mainly going to be AJ, Walter, Daniels.

I would say if you are up against a guy who is projected to kill you it may be worth starting a boom/bust player, if you think it's your only shot. But accumulating points is important even when you lose.

idk why, but in light of mathews's injury, i like tolbert better because his goal line touch frequency might increase. idk if i'd go for any of them unless i had dead weight at rb, tho.

oh i'm a huge favorite this week, so i'm not concerned too much. i feel like i can lay an egg in that second wr slot and still crush my opponent. but as it stands i am very light at wr behind miles austin and i think nabbing these two guys will give me a ton of upside against tougher matchups later in the season.

I definitely have dead weight. Slaton and Leon Washington.

Am I correct in thinking it never makes sense to put in a waiver claim if you are last waiver priority?

The only way I can get a player is if everyone ahead of me passes, and if that's the case I can just pick them up as FA, and move up in waiver priority, right?

The only downside is if someone wakes up early and signs them as a FA before I can.

Titan, I picked up V. Young in my 14 team league to get me through the first 5 weeks till Roethlisberger comes back. I was happy with his Week 1, but completely blown away by Fisher pulling him last week.

Do you think I should drop him to pick up a Henne or Freeman or just ride with him. I told myself before the draft if I went 3-2 w/o Ben I'd be happy. So far I'm 2-0 but negative points last week wasn't fun.

I had never thought of this. I'm last in waiver priority in 1 league right now. I'm canceling my two waivers now and setting my alarm for 5:30am and then going back to sleep.

Makes so much sense, but had never thought of it.

afaik, people can put in multiple waiver claims so there is a risk u dont get the guy if waiver #1 goes big then throw in a few more requests cuz he's already at the bottom

he def will be starting and should have a much better outing against the fooseball giants. i dont like freeman this week at all. and from the outing vy had against the steel, its easy to see why. henne is arguably a better bet than vy at this current juncture, but his matchup isn't much better than freeman's this week (nyj). i'd prob just ride vy out, or maybe consider alex smith if he is availible in your league. his only potentially rough matchup until big rape comes back is against atl on the road week 4.

Great advice, I was only able to get them in 1 league, but this should be huge.

Vick I guess? CUTLAAAAAH is clearly better long term, so I'm stashing him in any league without a huge INT penalty but Vick @ JAC seems like a recipe for success.

Thanks. I'm a "fooseball giant" fan, so I was just looking for a reason to drop VY this week, but I'm keeping him.

I just hope Kiwi doesn't pull up on VY instead of sacking him, costing us the game.
