Ware.

your second one is a toss up.

My leans are Ware and Allen.

i'd go ware and gates.

im really struggling trying to decide which of

moncrief
djax
marvin jones

to start this week in ppr.

pretty much can make a compelling case for each one based on matchups etc but im leaning towards djax so i can have a sweat on MNF.

im sure thats an idiotic reason but i feel like its a total coin flip between them and im so sick of agonizing over it.

Trufant is top 10 and a definite concern, but you don't care if Jameis throws 4 picks. Are we sure Marvin Jones is legit? He was always a huge tease on Cincy. I'm starting Tate fwiw... I think I'd go Evans.

Perfectly legit tiebreaker imo.

I love Moncrief but I might wait a week to see how the targets shake out. I think I'd go DJax and hope for a shootout.

Maybe lol me but SNF/MNF always wins a tie for me as well.

Pick one WR, standard scoring

Matthews
Landry
J Brown

Leaning Brown

we've all played enough by now to know that things will turn out exactly as or nothing like we thought, and if everybody actually does perform as projected a) they're within 1.5 points of each other, and b) it comes down to who scores. so unless one never gets redzone targets, might as well enjoy the sweat.

So count me in on the SNF/MNF sweats.

I must be elite in FFB since I kept Gronk yet drafted Olsen and started him as my TE this week.

I'm now playing from behind and need some upside

6 pt TDS, 1.25 PPR

QB

Tyrod @ BAL
Carson vs NE

RB/Flex (pick 2)

Riddick @ IND
Sproles vs CLE
Foster @ SEA
E. Rogers @ WASH

I'm starting to think that Tyrod, Foster and Rogers are the plays. I wish I knew more about how many targets Rogers is likely to get with Wheaton out. Vajajay isn't playing so Foster is the the every down back, right? Which makes him a better play than the first two who are the 3D options?

tyrod

riddick
foster

imo

also have braxton, graham and boldin.
Crowder is probably the more steady floor and against the worse defense. Sharpe if you need to hit a home run, I guess.

This feels like a dart throw.
I like Snead here, not awful matchup, at home, Mike Thomas is questionable which could mean an increased workload for Snead.

I'm not sure about the others, but at 1.25 PPR Riddick has a dream matchup.

One of these guys needs to fill in for Jamaal Charles, and they all have their good and bad points.

Scoring system is 1 point for rushing FD, .5 for passing FD, .5 PPR.

Jeremy Hill @NYJ
Isaiah Crowell @PHI
Derrick Henry vMIN

Also, if you think one of them should play ahead of John Brown or Michael Floyd, you can make that case, but I don't see it.

Oh, one more. 6 point TDs, anyone have strong feelings on this QB choice?

I am benching Marvin Jones and going with Desean Jackson in one of my leagues. Close call for all 3 of those for sure.

In a NON-PPR league and standard scoring, who should I start as my #2 back?
I have Devonte Freeman as #1, but should I start

Blount(@ ARZ) or Foster(@ SEA)

Was going blount but now with Ajaiya out I'm leaning towards Foster. Both playing tough D's tho

i go winston too nath. wanna see an actual game from dak first. + lol ATL

re: crowder poast earlier. someone dropped garcon in that same league so i dropped crowder to pick up garcon. gonna start garcon > sharpe now bc PIT

now have snead v foster debate since ajayi isn't playing at all. still kinda leaning snead

Foster both in a bad matchup, but one is not a NE RB

With Pouncey out, I don't expect much from Foster.

1 ppr:

Charles Sims @ ATL
Foster @ SEA

currently starting Sims, I think he's got a higher ceiling and the same floor.

I don't understand how Sims has the same floor as Foster.

Sims might get 5 touches and Foster should get at least 15? Foster will get goal line work and Sims will not.

I think Foster has higher floor and higher ceiling.

Good point about the floor. Sims is the 3rd-down and passing back and he gets goalline work in those situations. I owned Martin last year. TB-ATL is looking like a shootout.

I guess I have to go Foster on usage, but no one will be surprised when he puts up 65 yards from scrimmage with 3 catches and no scores.

edit: drafting foster was my only bad pick, simply because he's 30 and coming off an Achilles tear, which zeroday draft prep doesn't account for. That's still a 2-year injury.

Langford in now, but Blount's gotta be a decent part of the plan for NE given no Brady/Gronk

Isn't Foster likely to catch 4-6 passes and have 15+ carries?

I'm fine with starting Riddick, but now I have Foster vs. E. Rogers. My opponent has Rape if that means anything.

I feel like I have so little information about usage of these guys. Hate week 1.
