I politely asked them to take a look at my tournament entry history to confirm my normal level of play. The 4k tournament was named Golden Boot instead of Striker.

Essentially I just asked them if we could work something out since it was an honest mistake and I notified them fairly early.

Basically my thoughts were I really wanted Rose and Tripper and Kane. Then i just liked construction more when I spent on Giroud and Eriksen. I looked at going Downing over Eriksen in my actual lineup and then going Adrian at goalie but that left me 5.7 for a M and I just thought a Zaha/Eriksen/Lloris combo was better then those options. Granted I don't claim to be a soccer expert just curious what the leak was in this lineup.

imo that is too stacked for cash. if you are stacking palace players away from home in a cash lineup, you have to take a good look in the mirror. Hugo was also just very very obviously a worse pick than forster.

I honestly thought any of the top 4 GKs were in play today. I am just not good enough to differentiate. And on a 5 game slate yea I basically target 3 teams. I basically thought Zaha and Murray were the best value of the slate. But like I said earlier I was not trying to stack that hard and looked for combos where I went Downing over Eriksen and dowgraged Lloris and upgraded Zaha but I could not find anything I liked. And also If I had only Downing from the late game I was going to be stuck with him at M and on the small chance he didnt play there would be no good pivots at all.

forster/lloris/adrian all very close in terms of probability of win bonus, but spurs never keep clean sheets and soton don't ever concede. adrian would have been second for me, but very very close to lloris. forster a good margin ahead of both.

i think zaha was a great play in anything. i didn't like murray at all for cash. that is a player that legitimately has a floor of like 0. zaha you know will shoot/cross at least some, plus he is frequently fouled.

some stacking is fine, and i have been looking closely at whether i'm too stacking-averse (i think i am). if you do it you want it to be a team that is very unlikely to lay an egg and a team like palace away from home is not that.

i ended up in that spot with downing, but there is good enough info out there and fat sam likes him enough that the only real risk was him getting hurt in warmup or having sex with a girl under the age of 16 before the game ala adam johnson.

I thought Adam and Downing were both two very good options in MF yesterday. Not just being results oriented either.
