I think they are really struggling there overall. Glitches, site down, point scoring not updating, lame customer service etc... I do not think it anything nefarious. It is just red flags that they might not be around as a business for long. Fanaments is another site that is struggling.

I play in a lot sites who have smaller resources and set-up after Mondo, they seem to be on point in running a smooth platform. I like Mondo's game scoring and hope they prove me wrong by getting better all-around. The signs do not look good.

It is the group stages, clear picks work or can become unstuck. Looks like a few balanced ties with some favourite teams playing away from home. Sporting Lisbon players maybe the clear picks. Dortmund in hot form, Monaco playing well and Seville look good to me.

Yeh, Sporting have a good draw. Cesar seems to be a good, obvious pick. There is also Tottenhams Son, he has been in unbelievable form of late and hope he continues.

Yes, you would think DK will have sorted it out by now. UK customers should pay in £ that simple. How hard is that ? Coverting back and forth is a hustle not worth it.

Also looks like head of DK noticed my complaint on Twitter about lack of access on the desktop due to geo-location issues and asked me to send screen shots. I duly did that and still have not heard from them if they have fixed it.

Just got this message from them acknowledging the issue is on their side - I have received it to gmail, and noticed the DK address wasn't quite right. I'll discuss with our team and see what we can do.

Anybody know how late he got pulled out of the starting line up on Sunday? DK obv had the green tick beside his name even after kickoff.

I have an Iphone 5 fully updated to the latest IOS, newest DK app etc. I have all push notification settings and alerts switched on in the DK app and within the IOS settings. I have never received 1 push notification from DK about anything since downloading the app in February. All my other apps send Push notifications perfectly fine. I am sure I seen someone say previously that they got a DK push notification about a late injury one time.

I am wondering, did DK send out a push notification about the James injury before kickoff to app users?

For stats the usual sites of Whoscored and Squwaka. I find the Racing Outlook & Football weekly that comes out every Tuesday very useful. They cover all leagues and international fixtures with comprehensive stats.

For DraftKings regarding the issues with desktop access in the UK, I have not heard back so far from them. Will update once they do so, find it amazing they did not notice the issue by themselves despite all our repeated complaints.

I do it by hand (entering salaries one by one in a spreadsheet), let me know if you find a way! Support said they were looking to partner with FFS in that regard (wtf) when I asked them a couple month ago, no further news since then.

Had high hopes for FD but I am done with them already.

Not a fan of such high scoring game by FanDuel, needing to score 320-350 points to be in the top positions is a bit much. It is not basketball and overall score should be much much lower in fantasy football.

There's no method of them telling you if a player is starting or not, just seems simple fix and its a pain to check everything manually. Increased rake, reduced prize pools. Weekend slates instead of daily slates. Just think they are doing it all wrong.

I like the site and I like the structure, which is why it's even more annoying as it doesn't need too much to fix the issues.

I like the weekend slates and they do have daily slates as well. Agreed on all other fronts though. Especially annoyed that they have dropped the fan favourite down to £6k from £15k already. Finding players that do not start is a huge pain and the number one thing they should be focusing on to upgrade. Being able to download salaries also.

They have great potential though and I'll be sticking with them for the foreseeable. Hopefully they will listen to players requests as I have mentioned most of this stuff to them already and I'm sure I'm not the only one

mondo withdrawal has been unavailable for at least 10 days (no idea how much longer). Support answer from a week ago:

Our credit card processor is having technical difficulties and is unable to process transactions for us at the moment. Alternate withdrawal methods will need to be explored. Checks and wire transfers have been sent out to some of our users in the past, but we did that through the same processor. We are finding a new bank to use for these withdrawals and should have more information for you on Monday.

My withdrawal was via Skrill and I got told:

"It failed in the system due to a technical issue, would you be able to try again?"

I tried again and the exact same thing happened. No reply since. Smells fishy to me. Not going to be playing anymore until it gets sorted

I have managed to do instant deposits using Skrill on Mondogoal. But they have had technical issues with Skrill withdrawals going back to last season. So you need to let the support know withdrawal through Skrill is going to be made and they can process it on their end.

Thought they will have sorted the Skrill withdrawal issues by now and I am more than happy to do instant deposit/withdrawal using e-wallet options like Skrill even if they stopped offering bank options. Overall prefer to play in DFS sites that have full e-wallet options be it Skrill or Neteller.

Fair enough, I guess the Push notifications are just for show then or maybe for sports that are more important to them like NBA, NFL. I've been done on a few slates now with them last min changes so didnt want it happening again.


There are plenty of things wrong with FD UK as mentioned above which should be simple and easy to fix. Several times I have picked the exact same lineup and entered it into multiple competitions. When I check my upcoming tab it shows I have 4 lineups, it jumbles the order of the players but its the exact same lineup. Then it gets to Sunday and you realise you have 2 non starters. Log in change the 2 players in your lineup, click the change all button thinking it will change them all. Then go back and check results and notice that it only made the changes to 1 out of the 4 lineups and 3 quarters of your entries are fuct. I only picked 1 lineup so dont divide it into 4 entries of the same thing and then only change 1 of them when I click change all.
