Just an update to this on my side. The winnings wrongly credited for the Europa league game was taken out from my account which was - £15. I only had two entries in that late Europa contest and been playing minimal entries since the New Year till they sort out the whole platform.

Then I had an email a few days later which is a first one saying they have put credit into my account. The credit was a refund of my buy-in for the late Europa league contest which was the two entries at £10 each.

So all clear on my side and feel vindicated overall sticking with making the minimal line-up and entries. I understand the mess for those who had a lot more entries and also potential winnings.

Till they revamp the whole platform and take making upgrades seriously. Hard to justify making a lot of line up's and entries. Other platform's are much more responsive listening to customer suggestion and making upgrades this season.

Its the lack of response that is most worrying, if there are issues with money they should be all over it. I know there is another site's forum where a Mondo representative posts on there and is meant to respond quite quickly, not sure if I'm allowed to mention it here though.

They have a gambling commission licence in the UK so I would at least send them this link and say you will refer the matter to the Gambling Commission unless they respond adequately, hopefully they will then prioritise resolving the matter for you- http://www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk...-operator.aspx

I hope it gets sorted
Thanks! I agree 100% about the transaction logs not being fit for purpose, the whole account section is a joke. I have played on some really crap poker sites and gambled at relatively small online bookmakers in my life and have never came across anything so bad, it is 2016 FFS!

Definitely a sensible approach not to keep much on there, I am unfortunately going to swerve this weekend on there unless they sort it before then, even if they somehow miraculously do I will keep it to 1/3rd of usual stakes.

Thanks for GC link, had spotted that already on their site and was planning on threatening with that and tweeting their VP of Marketing and contacting their CTO on Linkedin if it isn't sorted in the next 24 hours.

Randomness of response is a joke. I wrote several well thought out and polite emails that went unanswered, then I wrote a shorter one chasing them up and they answered almost instantly with some naive comment about the extra money (for right finishes) being credited already, which wasn't even the problem!

Think I know what forum you are talking about, have seen threads were they responded to someone complaining about withdrawals taking a long time?

Just posting to confirm that both of the Mondo issues affecting me have been resolved:

Still no sign of it. I guess if it arrives tomorrow that's still within the 3-5 business days they say it will take on their website. Just feels like a long time since I requested it though, with the delay at the documents stage being far longer than I'd anticipated.
While I'm still disappointed it took this long (22 days since I sent documents), the cashout did hit my bank account today.

Also have free tickets for the Arsenal game at the weekend courtesy of DK, which is nice.

Thanks for the update, glad you got everything resolved in the end.

Nothing here 3 weeks on, have sent them screenshots of my balance (clearly showing £400+ missing) which are even timestamped on a 3rd-party platform. I don't think anyone has even looked into it properly, pathetic customer service. They can't even send me a csv of my transactions or give me one bit of evidence that my account balance is correct (it isn't).

Thanks, hope your issue gets resolved too (and others missing money). It's worrying that they don't even seem to have acknowledged that anything is wrong, when it clearly is. Like others, I'll not be playing for any meaningful money until I'm confident that I won't face issues like this.

Have been informed by DK that I'll be sharing a table in the pre-match hospitality with another DK player at the Arsenal game tomorrow. Is it anyone who posts here?

We seem to talk a lot about DK and Mondogoal's football DFS. There are quiet few other sites out there besides them. So will be great to hear from people playing there and how they finding it.

For example the new slick super six a side game from SkySports on Sunday's. Or other sites like Premier Punt which has very similar game to FPL and decent prize pools in a variety of contests.

Here is the Pros taken on Game Week 32.

Aston Villa v Chelsea
Chelsea -1 and 2.5 goals
None of the last six meetings of the sides in the EPL have seen more than three goals. It was 2-0 to Chelsea at Stamford Bridge earlier this season and I see a similar outcome here despite the midweek departure of coach Garde from Villa Park. Villa are 0-4-12 against the top half and have scored just nine goals whilst conceding thirty four goals. The fact that this is a live TV game should help focus the Chelsea players’ attention and we’ve seen all season long this type of exposure makes no difference to the shameful performance levels of Villa. Chelsea or pass for me.

Arsenal v Watford
Arsenal -1.5 and 2.75 goals
Arsenal won 3-0 at Vicarage Road in October but the Hornets frustrated them for an hour in that game and Watford knocked the Gunners out of the FA Cup just three weeks ago. Watford struggle in this spot as they are 2-0-9 against the top third but they’ve only conceded sixteen goals in those eleven matches. Watford have lost by more than one goal just three times this season and tactically I can see them frustrating the Gunners once more. You can’t back Arsenal on this -1.5 line but these are the games they tend to win. I like the unders in this spot as Watford are sure to set up in a manner that the home team will have to work hard to break down.

Bournemouth v Manchester City
Man City -0.5 and 2.5 goals
City hammered Bournemouth 5-1 at the Etihad back in October. The Cherries are just 2-2-7 against the top third and have kept just one clean sheet in that spot. City have been an absolute machine against the bottom half and their 13-3-0 record has been compiled by scoring thirty eight goals and conceding just six. The Blues don’t concede many goals to the poorer sides of this division so I’m happy to side with them for small stakes in this fixture ahead of their big Champions League tie against PSG.

Norwich City v Newcastle United
Norwich -0.25 and 2.25 goals
Newcastle hammered the Canaries 6-2 back in October but their last two trips to Carrow Road in EPL action since January 2013 have ended goalless. Both teams have renewed optimism going into this fixture as Newcastle have Rafa and Norwich had that great win away to West Brom last time out. Benitez has had almost a fortnight to prepare for this trip and you know he will have a plan to exploit the weaknesses of the home team. Give me Newcastle to gain at least a point from this trip and I’m happy to take the away side on this handicap line.

Stoke City v Swansea City
Stoke -0.25 and 2.25 goals
Stoke won 1-0 in Wales earlier this season but prior to that all eight of the previous EPL meetings of the sides had seen at least two goals. Swansea have lost eight of their fifteen away away games and an overall record of 2-3-9 against top half placed sides confirms that they offer no value on the +0.25 line. It’s Stoke for me here and given the emphasis that the Swans put onto their game against Villa last time out and the way in which they laboured to victory I like Stoke quite a bit.

Sunderland v West Bromwich Albion
Sunderland -0.5 and 2 goals
West Brom won 1-0 earlier this season in the West Midlands but they have no real need to win this game. This line should be the home side -0.25 but their extra desire and need for the victory is factored into the line. What do you do? Back the home team on just passion and desire or put your trust in a Baggies side who lost to Norwich last time out and could be on a downhill descent to the summer beaches? I lean to West Brom but with no real conviction and on the goal market as you can’t trust the home team to keep a clean sheet the offer must offer some appeal.

West Ham United v Crystal Palace
West Ham -0.5 and 2.5 goals
The Hammers won 3-1 at Selhurst Park in October and that continued a crazy mini sequence of three consecutive 3-1 away wins when the sides meet. Both of last seasons meetings ended in away wins but it’s hard to see this Palace team notching three times in a game, maybe in a month, but not in ninety minutes. Palace are 1-1-9 against the top third teams in the league and this West Ham team is deserving of such a ranking. Those eleven games have seen Palace find the net just six times so it’s hard to make a case for this game to go over the goals line. Home win to nil for me, 2-0 in fact.

Liverpool v Tottenham Hotspur
PK and 2.5 goals
It was goalless at White Hart Lane last season but prior to that over 2.5 goals was on a 6-0 run when the sides meet. Liverpool are just 3-3-5 against top third placed teams whilst Spurs are 4-6-3 against sides placed in the top half of the table. Will Jurgen Klopp have one eye at Thursday nights emotional return to Borrusia Dortmund in the Europa League? With a Champions League spot seemingly out of reach surely all of their emphasis will be placed on Europa League success. This young Spurs team are riding the crest of a club and country wave and on the PK line they look, given the spot Liverpool find themselves in, excellent value here.

Leicester City v Southampton
Leicester -0.25 and 2.25 goals
Leicester have scored more than once in a game in just one of their last six matches but four clean sheets have seen them win four, draw one and lose just once in that run. After a run of six successive clean sheets the Saints have conceded in each of their last five games and in three of those they’ve conceded twice. Leicester have the advantage of playing after Spurs so a draw could be seen as a good result for the Foxes depending on what happens at Anfield. This looks a tricky game to call as the stats suggest some good value on the home win but for those with futures bets on the Foxes in their pockets it is one to stay well away from.

Manchester United v Everton
Man Utd -0.5 and 2.25 goals
United picked Everton off at will when the teams met on Merseyside earlier this season as they easily beat the Toffees 3-0 and that doesn’t bode well for away team. United are improving game by game and Everton are 0-5-6 against the top third, scoring just eight goals in those eleven matches. This is a tactical mismatch, mainly due to LVG employing some as opposed to Martinez’s lack of a plan! Give me the home win to continue the United surge towards the Champions League places.

For example I am guessing that people will make max 200 entries for the Masters Golf next week. That will be 4k in entry fees alone and people like Max can afford that of course. So guessing the big rollers max out all the entries allowed and good luck to them. Obviously I will be delighted to see the single entry scoop the cool $1 million.

I do not have the time, energy, bankroll to make hundreds and thousands of line-up's everyday. As they say horses for courses, DFS is no exception.

The good news is DK have responded to my question on Twitter and they will be offering Euro 2016. That should be fun tournament and DFS, as the Premier League season has run its course with very slim pickings in differential play.

Cheers my friend, a good laugh is always welcome. We might find out Martin Demichelis from Man City was betting with Max and giving him insider football knowledge.

You will get used to them slowly. There is Chipotle, Emile Heskey, Max, Assani etc... Hopefully they can leave a bit of food for us on the dinner table. Their appetite for dinero is insatiable. ha ha!

So I currently have my deposit bonus clearing, if I withdraw funds now will the uncleared bonus be cancelled? Can't find anything but I remember this being the case on a Poker site in the past

I think it should be fine. The unused bonus expires within a three month period anyway, I will be happy to use half of it if that.

I had $185 in bonus to start with and after two months they have only released $11 of it. If you go under your account it should have a date when the bonus will expire (90 days since deposit).

I've read that they will always extend it if you just send them a polite email, so don't worry too much about it 'expiring'!

Okay, will do that at the end of the season. The bonus and the crossing stats sorted I will be a happy camper. Sako for Crystal Palace had 17 points for woeful crossing and found it very amusing. Massive swing it creates.

Have tried basketball and the scoring seem okay. So does Golf. Not tried the others yet.

I slept through the first game . Picking super cheap defenders who don't have good floors or ceilings can be a necessary evil on a 2 game slate.

Also woke up 5 min before the second game. Panicked when I thought I didn't see cleverly playing and went from martial rojo clev to Gerry lingard darmian. That worked out well lolz

They need to change the budget for the CL games, everyone is so expensive because it's only the top teams left. There's no under 3k player's that start and the top player's are massively overpriced.

Fully agree a lot of the sites are taking the salary pricing to its logical extreme. Feels like fitting a square into a circle.

There is other much more excellent UCL or EPL games out there. For example bet4best which is salary free and variety of formations. Think they on to a good thing with salary free DFS. This is looking like my home now for football DFS, like the tight scoring as well. For Premier League games they have 5k in prizes and at different buy-in's of £5, £10 and £20.

Fantasybet had an unlimited budget for this UCL fixtures as well. Have a look at their Twitter page feed below.

DK's Golf and Basketball games look well-thought out. While the football game with the scoring needs a sorting.
