Site for unusual fantasy football setup?

Hey all,
A friend told me about a fantasy football league that incorporated some survivor pool aspects (he called it a gauntlet league).
Basically, 17 owners draft rosters at the beginning of the season using some agreed upon scoring setup. Each week the lowest scoring team is eliminated and their players are released to the waiver wire. By week 16 there are only two teams left and they go head to head for the title.
Does anyone know of a site that supports this kind of setup or something close to it?

I also want to set up a guillotine league, does Yahoo have enough commish tools to lock eliminated players and free their players as needed?
