I tried to get this running a few years ago but I'll try again this season..
Is anyone interested in joining a league like this with a buy in of $180 which would work out as $10 per game week. Most of the below is just copy and pasted from the above thread...
I would run it exactly like the above thread, but with different payouts depending on amount of entries. I've made a spreadsheet already for this:

Payouts if we get 10 people with 4 people making the play offs:
$75 to the highest weekly total
$25 to the highest score each week
$10 to the 2nd highest score each week
$600 for the play offs champion
$300 for the play offs runner up
$195 for the play offs 3rd place
But these could all change if we get more runners.
This will be run on DraftKings and will be the Sunday main slate games. I've made a private league that I will invite you all to and make the contest each week to join.
All scoring will be done by the google document and shared with the league and updated weekly.
In the event no line up is submitted at the time of the weeks first game (of players we choose from) you will receive 95% of the lowest score that week. Therefore it will not eliminate you from the season total, which playoff berths are awarded on but it does eliminate you from winning that week’s high score. If you join I assume you plan to join each week!
Payments will be received on PayPal only and will payout weekly via PayPal as well. If you are reserving a spot please send via gift to Friends and Family on PayPal. Please do not put any text in the notes as they will lock accounts if it is related to gambling.
I'm not sure on the fees as I have a UK £ account and a USD $ account, but it might have fees to send/receive in $. So the only thing we can do is if you pay the fees when sending to me and then when I send out the payments each week/at the end of the season, the fees will have to come out of the payout, as it could cost me a lot to pay fees on them all.
In the seasons long league I've run there's always been some people who have made me pay the fees when sending their buy in, but I've always let it slide as it's only around $2, but if this runs and someone pays me the wrong amount, you'll have to pay the remaining amount in full.
Seems like a fun way to do season long. No injuries to worry about, not locked into the same team each week. Also you have the opportunity to still win money the last 4 weeks even if you didn't make playoffs. So it keeps you interested all year long.
I've run a $25 season long league for 3 years with prompt payouts so the money is safe
Just seeing how much interest there is at the moment for this...
