*To avoid high fees I will hold funds on PayPal. Payouts will be distributed immediately when the season has ended. I have moved money around this community for almost a decade now and never had an issue.
*This year trades can only be veto'ed by commissioner (me). This is to avoid having owners spite veto trades. The way I see it one side is allowed to win a trade. Also people value players differently + are also willing to take the worst end of a trade to fill a positional hole on their roster. I will only veto trades that are blatant collusion.
*Please send funds no later then Friday August 2nd to maintain your reserve.
