So the beginning of the season I took over a Dynasty team. Now 3 more teams have dropped out (not a good sign...) so there is going to be a dispersal draft, meaning those 3 team's players will be released and the 3 new owners will have a 3 team draft and assemble their team. The rookie draft picks are also part of the draft. So one owner had 1.03, one of the new owners can draft that pick as opposed to the player. The commish is opening this draft to all owners also, meaning I can dump my whole roster and draft picks (1.02) into the pool and join. My team sucks and I'm tempted to do it. What do you guys think? Below is my team and then the players that will be available. I'm guaranteed to get either ODB, Antonio Brown, Watkins or Gronk which is kind of tempting.

Yeah with that roster I def go for it. There are at least 5-6 guys in there that are better than anyone on your roster for dynasty purposes and it's likely you end up with 2 of them.

I mean think about it...if you did go for the dispersal draft, who would you even be targeting from your current roster to reacquire? Not much imo, prob the 1.02 rookie pick is your most valuable asset.

+1, your team is AIDS and you have a chance to get a top asset going forward. I'd love to see the other rosters since there must be a couple stacked ones.

Got to trim my roster down 2 spots in the offseason of a dynasty league. Which 2 guys do I cut? Mark Sanchez, Albert Wilson, Rod Streater, Anthony Dixon, Dontrelle Inman, or Bruce Ellington? I am leaning Dixon and either Sanchez or Wilson.

i'd hold onto wilson. kc's receiving situation is a dumpster fire so he may get a shot to do something down the road. tend to agree on dixon, probably dump inman, he's already quite old and i don't see how he can give you decent value

Dynasty dispersal draft. I have 1st pick. My top 3:

OBD
Antonio Brown
Gronk

What do you think? I'm like 70% OBD but Brown is super solid also

I'd go ODB for Dynasty. 4 year age difference.

When can we start doing mock drafts? I have the itch already. I miss football.

I was wondering if we need to start the 2015 thread already. Players moving around change stuff.

McCoy to Buffalo impact on keeper value? Gore? Who is next up in San Fran?

ADP to the Cowboys = first ever 2700 yard rusher?

Jimmay to Seattle. Whoa.

Those of us who have Russell as keepers/dynasty REJOICE

so philly swapped Foles for Bradford. No more Mariota I guess? I'm mildly intrigued by Bradford with Chip Kelly

They moved from 20 to 10 though, so still might be making a play for him.

We could make a '15 thread whenever.

As for mocks - there's really no value in them until after the draft, and even then that's pushing it.

i present to you, chip kelly's triple option:

3 QBs: Mariota, Bradford, Sanchez
0 RBs
???
Profit

Read some analyst saying they still think Chip will try to trade up for Mariota using Bradford as bait. Not sure who is going to want a QB coming off a torn acl for a top pick.

I'm down for creating a new 2015 thread. All of these moves are definitely relevant for keeper/dynasty leagues. Hell, I'll create it even if everyone likes?

Make it so.

Keeper type questions are now in play, IMO.

I had Foles penciled in as a tenth round pick keeper in a 2QB league, but in St. Louis? Blech.

This keeper league has a lot of strange rules (many drafted players last year not eligible etc...), which makes a 10th round keeper starting QB a no-brainer, IMO.
