Btw I think the trade market has clearly shown that the sellers are probably asking for too much. I applaud the buyers for not overpaying, although I doubt that holds much longer.

Based on the current asking prices, I think I'm going to just keep my team as is. Hopefully Boykin becomes the black Jesus in Green Bay.

I think 6-7 people can win it all this year for sure. At the rate guys are getting hurt, I'm not even going to try to predict this. Imagine Manning or Brees or McCoy goes down. At this rate you know there are a dozen more studs going to drop. It's only week 7, and half the viable rb's aren't viable. Going to be ugly by week 12.

Ya this sucks, my team is getting decimated, and I lost by a point. I was going to try and hang on to Cobb, but may consider trading him now.

I have no idea what I am doing this season, but since I am in between tanking for next year and making a run, send me over offers for both sides..

It's a seller's market IMO. Stud, older players can make the difference in winning the league. Not going to give those guys away, especially, as you alluded to, with the ridiculous # of injuries.

Since I am not totally sure what I am doing here. Guys like Ray Rice, Andre Johnson, Moreno, Decker, Bowe could be moved if someone wanted to make a nice win now offer and ship some next year and beyond value

This

0-3: Meh, wasn't really planning on contending
2-3: Ok.. maybe I can do something
2-4: Meh

So I'm up like 2.5 with only Jacobs to go, who's likely out and nobody is available. Stat correction hold please.

Lol. Strategic move. Would have worked if Peyton's fluttering "pass" not get by two Colts into DT's hands.

I dont know if its as much of a sellers market as you think. IMO only 3 teams have a solid chance at winning it all this year. I personally am not going to trade away a player who will be good for the next 9 years (Cobb) for a player like Welker who will be good this year and possibly another year depending on his QB. Im all for trading to get pieces but, not dismantling my future in the process.

Totally agree it's not a seller's market. These injuries are creating opportunities for a lot of guys on waivers. I'll turn there way before paying high prices for vets.

Possibly. We will see I suppose.

6 teams have a legit shot of winning it all. Fantasy football playoffs are a crapshoot.

I hear that you don't want to trade Cobb for Welker and I don't blame you one bit. On the other hand, trading my #1 WR and my #1 RB for an injured player doesn't make sense for me. If the return for Welker is marginal players, I might as well keep him and hope he helps me contend in the next 2-3 years.

Disagree that Welker has only one more year after this. Plenty of WR are effective into their mid-late 30s, especially slot guys who avoid the huge hits.

Very nice deal for both sides in the Cobb deal. Rare you see one like that that goes well.

Ok I have a second trade to announce also.

HehateMe trades

Julio Jones + two 2014 2nd round picks

to

Dan's team

for

Monreno + Andre Johnson + two 2014 1st round picks (Jets Suk and Dan's team's 1sts)

So yea... I am moving toward next year with Julio I think..

Might be interested in moving Decker and Rice. Would need a really nice return on young talent and early picks though..

I think both deals are solid for all the teams involved. I didn't want to give up julio but dan stepped up. You should look at the team dan is going to have next year. Make no mistake about it he is going to be absolutely stacked. If I cash this year I did well. If I don't I probably made a significant mistake trading julio.

Hey guys,

This isn't the trade I'm seeing in yahoo. I don't see any first rounders in the yahoo deal. Did this get filled out correctly?

If Waterwolves just got two 2014's AND Moreno and AJ, AND got Cobb, he does indeed win the internet. Nice one man, very impressive.
