We can at the draft, because by then we'll pay up for the year after. So at the 2014 draft you can totally trade 2015 picks.

Well the simple solution is the next year's dues are paid 24 hours before the rookie draft. At that point it's on the table. Just like we did during this year's draft.

We traded 2014 picks during the 2013 draft because everybody had paid for 2014. Makes sense to do the same for next year

Has there been a decision made on if we are going to add roster spots every year? Even one spot a year for 3 years would be nice.

I haven't been really managing my roster in that fashion. Assumed I'd be dumping 3-4 guys before the next draft.
