Honestly it's not that predictable. I had a bad car accident and I'm something like 5700 hours of physio/rehab into this "recovery" now. Sometimes I feel like I'm gonna beat it, sometimes I feel like I never will. I'm blessed because I doubt I ever meet my wife if not for the circumstances of my accident. I also doubt I would have left the confines of my old desk job, I think I would have stayed in that cycle forever. But at times it can be legit scary not knowing if you're going to be able to provide for yourself or your family long term. You guys with good health, I can't tell you how much you need to embrace every day you have it. You'll only really understand how precious it all was when your health finally slips away. I hope you all get to live to be old and grey before worrying about that.
