Not worth risking either way IMO. He only gave me instructions for 1 pick so that's all I can can do. I asked about the next pick but didn't hear back, so we just need to wait for him to her back. Shouldn't be that long with his schedule

So we settled on 12am EST to 6am EST dead time, and 12 hour clock, right? NDfan has until 6pm, we agree? Then I think how we make it work is bth would have until noon the next day (6 hours today before the dead time, 6 hours after).

I think that works well, basically gives the typical person almost a day to make a pick. With 2+2 on phones, I'd say nobody should/could miss their pick this way.
