I'm back at my hotel room at Langham in pasadena, knowing i should not drink as i have a big 9 am presentation tomorrow. I am already very drunk, on my computer, just got back from dinner. I had 7 belvadrees on teh rocks and 4 glasses of red wine. But I am for sure going back to the hotel bar to get wasted, to see if i can pull off this presentation tomorrow. . .. i wonder why i'm on my 4th job in 6 years.

Btw I have heard of some of the trade offers being turned down in this pool. Man some of you are craaaaazy. I regret turning down 1 trade, and even then I'm actually not so sure I regret it now. Was Terrence Williams for a 1st rounder or something like that. A lot of dynasty rankings have T-Wil potentially being like top 20 WR now given his age and roll in the offence. Curious to see if he'll be more than a bye week fill in for me now. But I suspect I'll be rolling him out there a lot against the NFC Least.

I am fine with being the commish still. If it gets to be too much or I get too busy (Wife is pregnant with the baby due end of July) Ill let you guys know. Well see before the season starts if I am looking busy or not.

What do you guys think about introducing a 24-48 hr trade counter period? Meaning if someone agreed to trade their first rd pick for Stacy, above, the rest of the league would have that time to offer counters. I think this really helps even out trades to allow both managers Max value.

Instead of a manager just trading away some player or draft pick to the first offer he received.

I would think that the buyer would have an issue with that. If I liked a player and made what I felt was a fair offer, I would not wait for the seller to shop that offer around. The other owner has the right to shop it around, but my offer may go away. Think Shark Tank.

This league is filled with guys who know how to play, I doubt there will be lopsided trades. No "trade-raping" Andre here.

I feel like leagues starting now stand a better chance since we may avoid people just looking for leagues right before season. A good group and either downpayments or leaving penalties should help keep a league together

We are for sure eliminating kickers right? I think we should still keep teams at 20 players as a nice round number so that everyone would get one more draft spot than dropped players for this year only. Would make sense as well as this year is unusually deep.

I thought because one person wanted to keep them, we had to keep them?

Btw I wouldn't mind figuring out what vote percantage could make changes. 100% seems way too rigid. 10 yes 2 no or 9 yes if anyone abstains should be more than enough.
