I know we settled on making it mandatory to roster a D/K in the offseason, but don't think a decision has been officially made on if IR is allowed in offseason. I would prefer to not allow IR from end of season until after post-draft cuts.
With regards to the IR spot. You can take one into the offseason if you want. But by the end of next years draft you will have to cut down to 20 players + 1 IR spot. Does that seem fair?

Fantasy football is fun because we try to mirror the NFL as much as we can, right? In the real NFL, a player must be on the 53-man roster in Week 1 to be eligible for the IR designation to return. That means, anyone who was placed on IR before roster cuts were made to trim the roster down to 53 players is not eligible. In our case, it's the 20 man roster.
So we can do that too. If you have a player on IR and he's there before cuts, you can't bring him back at all during the season.
Conversely if you put someone on IR any time after our season starts, he can come back.
That, would be the closest to the real deal my friends.

You can take 1 IR spot into next season if you want. That player just has to be designated as IR on Yahoo. If they are I can put the 20 players in your roster and the 1 IR spot. So you will have 21 players total.

I’d rather have him on my bench than in someone else’s starting line up. He probably won’t even be part of my 20 man roster next year. I just don’t want him beating me this year. Plus I had an extra kicker anyway.
Saw the video this morning and don't know why these guys don't walk away from situations like this. While I don't know anything else about it beyond the video and a couple of articles, there is No excuse for a man to touch a woman like that in any situation.

From a fantasy perspective, RIP indeed. My team has not done much for me this year. My RB situation is a complete disaster.
That said, somehow I am in a win and in situation as either Team Fumble or Von Doom has to lose in their match up. So just need to hold up my end. Of course it will be a one and done for me the following week.
