Same with Spring who kept Morris for an 8th but had originally drafted Jahvid Best. How does this work?

They were probably a trade or a free agent pick up in Morris' case. Free agents you can keep for 8th

danvh is right that morris can be kept this year in the 8th because he was not drafted last year (and anyone who went undrafted can be kept the following year for an 8th rd pick).

The same goes for kaepernick because he too went undrafted. However, sense DDIP is also keeping David Wilson, who was drafted in the 8th, one of wilson or kaepernick will be kept in the 8th and the other in the 9th.

Hey guys just wondering wat happens if someone gets a injury on your keeper list after 1st of August. Can you change that keeper pick or do u lose it? I vote you should b able to swap if the player has been placed on season ending or pup list.

i agree, players put on ir should be able to be swapped or dropped up until the draft...

the early keeper date is really just for draft purposes and so we can organize and plan better, i dont think anyone should be forced to lose a pick or player if they go down before our draft

so still put your keepers by august 1st, but if a player goes on ir you can replace him with player on your team or just have one less keeper and take extra draft pick
