these guys have long been under the microscope and this... the likelihood the two brothers both made the same exact mistake on the same day independently is pretty much zilch

also, i know the founder of fantasy cruncher is a former poker player too... man that guy... i seriously worry about his mental health, had a straight up mental breakdown over twitter it seems trolling his own customers with snarky gifs and remarks

TLDR? The mistake is that they both weren't able to take out an injured player the day of, and the conclusion is that one person is doing both accounts line-ups?

for years they've had a remarkable streak of each producing 150 lineups independently based off the same model that they build together and yet they have never once produced the same lineup, yet they always produce the same lineup in cash... the likelihood of them not coordinating (or just one of them creating the 300 lines and then divvying them up) is next to impossible given they are sourced from the same model

that day in question of literally every single player involved in a number of high stakes gpps (ie no casual players) only two accounts made the identical mistake of leaving in a player who was a late scratch. Of all the people involved, only two made the same mistake and it was those two brothers

the chance two dedicated professionals both independently made the same oversight on the same day can only be explained by the assumption it's always been one brother all along using his sibling to get around maximum lineup rules

I haven't even DFSed in years, but if this is the worst collusion you have to worry about I'd say in you are in pretty good shape.

There's been far worse but these two are the most prolific and it's pretty damming and yet the sites keep letting them both continue playing

it's crooked as hell, there's a ton of collusion involved and they don't even try to hide it, the same 5 guys will be playing the same cash lineup every night and sometimes they even openly talk about working together

just like with the botnets, the sites don't care, rake is rake

however, dfs has enough mainstream appeal that there are still a good portion of the field that is dead money and another good portion of the field that are just downright terrible, it's probably 40% guys who I'd just be swapping rake with, 40% who I have a slight edge on and 20% who are just degenerates

this guy took this h2h yesterday after the news that goalie would be out... wouldn't matter, was still a terrible lineup either way but this guy is a reg who plays every night and takes a $109 h2h of mine nightly

So long as these guys exist, DFS will always have some life. Not setting a goalie aside these guys know I'm the top hockey guy at Yahoo and yet they still take my action. This is like bumhunting sauce but deciding to reg then get blinded out first few hands while you take a dump... Edges in DFS among competent players are non-existent but still functions thanks to these people

Depending on the site, the Rask vs Halak thing yesterday was an industry wide issue with the stats providers. Rask was named the starter 10 mins before the game but they didn’t push the ability to swap him before the puck dropped.

I'm with you but Yahoo has late swap, the halak thing was last minute indeed but if you're going to play for more than a few bucks, you should be hanging out until game starts to confirm your guy is in net
