12 hour limit per pick. The draft will take close to 2 weeks. Last time we had one guy go over but we just waited for him because it wasn't close to the season.

What does everyone think about once the league is all paid up we find out the draft order then wait a few days to start the draft. It will give everyone a chance to figure out a draft strategy after knowing what pick we have. It's not even August yet so we still have 5-6 weeks til opening night. Even if the draft takes 3 weeks we still will be done in time.

Yea I'm cool with waiting a day or two after the draft order is set - I figure whoever gets the 1.01 (and possibly also the case for other very early 1st round picks) will likely be fielding some trade offers; let's give it 24-48 hours or so (but not too long) to let that play out.
