Just making sure....
We can only have 5 players in each rookie "bench" per sport, correct? Even with 5+ picks?
and is it the same order each time? Or is it 1-12, 12-1, 1-12, 12-1, 1-12?

I was told that it was not snaking. Why I dont know...
nah i agree with you, it feels like it favors the tail end drafters with the 3rr and 1st in all 3 sports rookie draft. dont know if middle is preferable to early tho, and dont think its like a huge deal wrt the draft itself, just the rookie part. prob random.org each sport would have been better.
but the time to speak up would have been before the rand and everything, much too late now imo. (and dont think its like a huge huge kinda deal)
Yea, we have it set up not to snake this year and going forward. It did give the end of the first round guys a small advantage this year, but they also lost out on the chance to own the elite of the elite players in the draft, so its not a killer imo.
And yes, only 5 slots. So if you have 7 picks, 2 guys will not be able to be added to your roster, so you might need to trade the picks or just know you wont be able to use the last two.
I don't think it's really that much of an advantage to the bottom people. When me and JRock can draft Trout and Durant and have a huge advantage over everyone in that sport for the next decade+ it balances out the possibly unfair rookie drafts. Also the rookie classes coming up aren't even that good for fantasy so that also makes it more fair.

Since we never officially said the new clocks started. Or even confirmed if they would be 6 or 8 hours, I dont want to skip Canoe here.
But since 25 is a nice round number..
AFTER THE END OF THE 25TH ROUND, WE WILL BE MOVING TO A 6 HOUR CLOCK..
There will be a dead time between 11pm-8am EST. And Othello will get 8 hours since he is in euroland.
A person who is skipped can make their skipped pick at any time they wish..
Hopefully this will keep the draft moving pretty well. And since we have a good amount of our starters filled, wont be a killer if someone is skipped..
If anyone has circumstances like Othello and think they should receive an exception too, let me know.
