also worth noting, as we get into the MLB rookie draft, the players eligible to be taken must be:

1. Not owned per our ESPN MLB page
2. Not owned per our google spreadsheet's AAA tab
3. Not owned by another owner because of a previous trade

This means you can pick either players who are rookie eligible OR a veteran, as long as they are in the free agency pool

to reiterate, there may be some names in the free agent pool that sounds too good to be true. for e.g. Judge. This is because for convenience we don't have to put guys that we've traded for onto the roster until the roster cut. So for example, if you trade for a NFL player now, you can leave the NFL player on the wire until the NFL roster cut

if you have questions about whether someone's owned or not, I'd do a quick search for that name in this thread/trade thread and the AAA. That's what I do

Hurp, yea, both are similar to discord. Not sure the benefits of one over the other for smaller group like this, but would make messaging, updates and PMs easier if everyone uses one of them
