This. This league is unique in that we can stash rookies in a non-active roster, which is such a fun and great part of the league.
+ ESPN (and yahoo for that matter) wouldn't have enough roster spaces to store everyone.
And it's actually a really fine and not hard system, it just takes some personal accountability to make sure your roster is updated. It takes 2 minutes to do

Personally, I update the "draft picks" tab and usually add the trade (if it has off season implications) in the "trades" tab. Also worth everyone doing. Dan/Hurp can't be expected to do this for every person and every trade.
Also, everyone should keep in mind that we're cutting 2 NBA bench spots, so keep that in mind when we get to cuts. So everyone will need to get their cuts to 18 after the draft.
