I would say you dont have to call up a player who hits his time, but you cant go into next season with him on your minor league squad. You can keep him stashed if you want, but you cant start a year with a eligible guy in your minors. That way we dont have to track when a player hits his service time except for beginning of the year. If you want to call him up, you can. And obv once he is up you cant send him back down

less than ideal but i guess it is like a 100x easier

I think the daily/weekly hinges on whether or not there's going to be a weekly pickup limit for baseball. If there's no limit on pickups, or SP starts, I'd want weekly. But if it's daily, I'd be for a weekly pickup limit of 3-5 or a SP start limit weekly.

50 per sport
100 toward overall
extra 50 toward next year if you want to trade next year draft picks in any sport. This money would be applied to your dues next year. Just to make sure people dont cut a teams picks to try and win now then bail..

Also, yea, doing payouts sport by sport
