How is the faab handled these days? Now that yall have a few more years under yall's belt, are the rules pretty much listed in stone? How often are yall voting for rule changes?

- we haven’t had too much of an issue with tanking lately, we have a rule now if you’re not setting or changing your roster for 3+ weeks you can get docked in the draft, which we almost did last year

- always open to new rule changes and ideas, and just instituted a new one pretty smoothly around players being on the DL, although the google doc probably hasn’t been updated in a while

- faab: 300 for all sports and up to 100 carries over year to year **good reminder to hurp and dan to do that before we forget

- NBA switched to Roto (was H2H the first few years) and I think has made things a lot more active, at least there are way more NBA trades now than before. We also cut 2 roster spots a couple years ago which helps

That’s what we’re doing in another league but it’s yahoo and it automatically skips them if you want. I think espn auto uses the stats from those games but the league has to be started officially. That just means doing the draft (so selecting everyone’s keepers, which is all those check boxes) and then starting it

We’re also close to finishing the draft so may just wanna set the roster cut dates and go from there for a few days of FA - and let’s remember to carry over FAAB

hey! I think Movie covered most of your questions. In general it's been smoother as the years have gone on. Kinks have been worked out/we've tried to make rule changes for the better where we saw fit. and lots of trades still

Let's call Saturday March 23rd at 12 noon Pacific as the roster cut deadline. You need to make sure all of your draft picks/traded players are on your ESPN roster or AAA. If you are cutting someone from AAA, please announce it here.

Once all set, I will activate the league. The plan is to have our first round of waivers (including having the $100 carried over) next Monday.

Only problem I have is Fulmer and Cueto should be IL eligible given new rule since it is confirmed they on the shelf long term due to TJ. Since I can't slot them into my IL yet, what is my best option to show they are on my team, while still making use of all 31 active roster slots available to me?

Also, waiver isn't until Monday March 24. How do I go about adding players I drafted/trade for before then?

go ahead and drop them and you can float them on the waiver wire until the end of the second regular season week. once they get the IL use the 32nd spot to pick them up and IL them (can ask em to use the LM power and annually add)
