seems like yahoo will be back up next week on thursday, according to their site

we should look at setting a draft date (opening day is 3/29)

ill throw out 3/18, 3/19, or 3/20 as possible days? ill email everyone too early next week just to get rolling

Can someone repost the keeper rules?

Also what determines the draft order? Reverse order of standings, before or after playoffs?

What if we're trying to keep two first round picks but don't have a 2nd round pick? Is the 2nd kept in the 3rd round?

Ah, I read the rules wrong. Says you can keep a MAX of two players per round, but obviously you would need picks for that to be the case.

correct. if you dont have that pick then it goes to the round about it. so like, if you wanna keep someone for a 6th, but dont have your 6th, they cost your 5th. so for a 1st youd need another 1st. doesnt seem right to be able to keep a 1st for 2nd/3rd rd value

Movieman, is draft order reverse of the standings on the league page (which I believe accounts for playoffs, and even the LOLconsolation bracket)? Or from regular season standings?
I dont see any way to look at year's stuff.

Asking just bc Im trying to figure out exactly which draft picks I would be trading for or trading away in trade talks

That's what I thought, but I don't see any way to change whats on the league page. Only options I see are "Standings" and "Schedule".
The drop down menu thats supposed to let you view archived seasons from past years doesn't have any actual options to change anything.

edit - I've only tried from my phone. maybe the desktop site has different options

i can check later tonight, i know we did it last year. i should be able to set dates for things soon too, just for keeper deadlines and the draft. but looking like 3/20 for the draft, so probably ~a week before for keeper deadlines just to input everything

in both my other Yahoo keeper leagues you can change that drop down menu to view any year since the league started, included the full standings, playoffs, and complete draft info.
I always thought it was available in every league that was renewed... but apparently not lol
