Ughh... I dropped Brett Gardner to activate Colby Lewis from the DL. The app won't let me play Lewis.

I'm guessing it's because Lewis is technically on the DL but scheduled to start?

If no games have begun shouldn't you be able to drop a player and activate a guy from the DL?

Edit... game day drops should be allowed. And I want Lewis' stats.

This has been a thing for the last two years. Don't see why it should change now. Maybe something to look at for next season. I don't like it either

Yeah I do remember this happening before. Maybe something we all should look into for next year.

I'm not sure how much leeway yahoo allows with custom leagues though.

In hindsight, I should have dropped Gardner 35 mins earlier. I hope Lewis has a terrible outing.

Yahoo doesnt give any options for that I dont think.
It can be set to "daily today" but then rosters basically lock on the first game and you only have a short window for adds. Its much much worse imo, and Im not even sure if it would fix this specific issue.
