In cash on FD at least its like impossible to play a 11k pitcher and get more then one quality Blue Jay in your lineup. at least feels that way.

I did something I don't do very often and went kershaw degrom on DK.

This also worked out because I got to get HRs from cheap ****ty guys like Smoak and Hicks

Yea it's pretty much true. Their top guys are all super expensive. You'd have had to use someone like Heaney or Odorizzi to even have a chance to roster any other than Colabello.

I did. How bad was that desicion? Loved Salazar tonight and wanted the Pujol/Trout combo. Thankfully Sano made up for those two.

Days like today have to be brutal for the fish in cash games when they see how bad they are getting murdered and how high the ownership is on like half of their roster that they got wrong.

Is there any public articles or analysis on stacking big home favorites? Don't seem to see any. I'm curious what the increased likelihood of not having the 9th inning to hit does to the EV of stacking a big home favorite.

Kershaw getting pulled will cost me about 3K+ tonight in one gpp alone. Close to 2k in others . Don mattingly can burn alive

I'm starting to get this weird vibe with Kershaw from other DFS players, like if he don't go 9IP then Don pulled him early and he did a crap job managing. Dude's got 8ip and 8k's and it feels like lots of players are wanting to press blame somewhere. Seems kind of off to me personally.

People seem to ignore that the coaches and manager of the Dodger's have a personal responsibility to make sure they don't break Kershaw.

I guess expectations might just be a little too high.

(sorry it cost you money though that sucks)

At 100 pitches and got 2 insurance runs to go up 3-0. Why waste your own when he's let Kershaw go 110+ not even in 7 IP?
Huge difference if it was 2/3rd no outs up 1-0 but they got up 3-0 before his spot.
I see your point but when he's willing to run Grienke out there in blowouts and pointless games 120+ it's quite contradictive

i mean, the extra runs are more reason to pull him, not less. you're arguing some weird **** if you want to leave the best pitcher in baseball in for more innings after he's recently had two starts changed for minor injuries when the game is more in hand. it woulda benefited me as well if he pitched the ninth but it woulda been moronic

can't argue the point of mattingly being awful and pushing them in other weird spots tho so far enough

besides its kenley jansen not fernando rodney. obviously fine.

from now on i see no reason to not just go with 2 top tier pitchers in every lineup since yahoo always leaves at least one player at each position well under costed. colabello at minimum is hilarious

with the 3 run lead it was a super easy pull, Kershaw has struggled in the late innings this season. 1-0 I could see him going back out there for the LvL Harper matchup.

seen on 8/10 in the 250k checkswing 7 different people with same line up tied for first with 250pts. Must have been nice to split 100k. might have been mentioned, just noticed it earlier.

Totally. Don't blame Mattingly, blame the dumbass on Washington for throwing the ball into section 106. 1-0 Kershaw definitely comes back out. 3-0, you can safely sit him down and hand the ball to the closer.

His EV might be higher up 3-0 and not pitching the 9th tha up 1-0 and pitching. Close.

Even with the 5 extra points for CG and CGSO? That's for DK, not sure you get those kind of bonus points on other sites
