1 Assume that Archer is always striking guys out and there's no reason to think he can't grab 7 plus k's.
2 KC doesn't strike out much so paying 1.9k more for Kershaw is better since he will probably be the biggest favorite on the board. (W 4 points) and will have double digit k potential.
Curious about how guys look at situations like this.
I'd pay 1900 more for Kershaw if Archer had Toledo. I'll take the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th best pitcher in the game for that kind of savings, maybe less. Archer isn't on that level (yet). As is 1900 just isn't enough, imo, especially with all the value available. There's just too much cheap pop available every night to worry about saving 1900
